Welcome to the Featured Stamper challenge. Today's featured stamper is Jill akaJD from PAUSA and I had a wonderful time browsing through her gallery. Go grab your cup of coffee or hot tea and get ready to enjoyJill's gallery.
Go to the Featured Stamper's gallery and CASE a card, following these simple Casing Guidelines:
1. Change 2 or more things on the Featured Stamper's project. It could be a color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could be different -- but similar because you don't own the exact image. Please list the changes you made in your description.
2. Give credit to the original stamper and put a link to the original card in your description.
3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are encouraged to play, but please wait until Monday to upload your creations to give our volunteer moderators a day off. This is so much appreciated.
4. Please note the following regarding Sketch Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a sketch challenge card (SC###). The reason is because it is essentially is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the Featured Stamper's original idea. Please be sure to check the keywords!
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping! But please remember...NEW uploads only!
UPLOADING DIRECTIONS:
1. Keyword FS598.
2. In the Details Section of your card, please describe the changes you have made, give credit to the Featured Stamper, and link her card. Fill in the products that you used in the blanks provided so that others can CASE your card too! Please do not link back to your personal blog.
If you are new to challenges, please feel free to this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get you stamping!

Thank you, again, Kittie, for selecting my gallery. I can't begin to tell you how honored I feel. I'm still kind of shocked.
If you look at my profile...I joined Split Coast Stampers back in November of 2007. I lurked the gallery till June of 2008 till I got the courage to post my first card.
If you would look at my earlier cards you would see the first cards were NOT rubber stamped and in the first year of posting to my gallery. Only 3 of my cards were rubber stamped. (That was because at the time I probably owned about 3 rubber stamps. We will NOT talk about how many I have now...smile. I also have lost count as to how many people I have met here at Split coast Stampers in real life because of Split Coast stampers. I have so much to be thankful for to Split Coast Stampers...the friendships I have made and all the techniques I have learned. Thank you all so much...Jill <--who is very greatful!

Casing Jill's gallery gave me the opportunity to learn a new technique, Iris Folding, which she used several times with beautiful results. I especially liked the clean lines of her Iris folding Valentine by JD from PAUSA - at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the heart to a triangle and drew the border.
Jill, congrats!!! You know I am a fan on here and on your blog!!! I hope you have a wonderful week as our Featured Stamper! I am off to a volunteer banquet now but I hope to get a card posted after a bit!!! Hugs!
Jill- loved your gallery! I was inspired by your card Would anyone like tea? - making a few switches- coffee theme for tea, magenta/teal color combo, paper instead of fabric lace border, and made a tie/bow combo. Here's double happiness

Woo hoo!!! Big congrats, Jill!!! You know I have been a fan for a long time and it was an absolute honor to help you celebrate your special week!! God bless!!
Congratulations, Jill. You are so deserving of this honor. You have wonderful cards in your gallery. I am glad I ran across a card this morning that was made for this challenge or I would have missed getting to make a card in your honor. Here is my card:
Featured Stamper/ JD from PAUSA aka Jill has a beautiful gallery with many cards to admire! Two of Jill's cards inspired me: Lady with pretty hat and Christmas Card for my sister. Jill's layering, dotted paper, framed images, and lace on these two cards inspired me. These were my changes: tweaking the layout and framing shape and style, using a different theme, fussy-cutting my image, adding a button and twine, adding a sentiment, and not adding a ribbon or bow.
