Favourites for the week ending October 26, 2019
Happy Sunday to you all - last weekend in October so it's a holiday weekend here for us in Ireland. Halloween is round the corner, and you can certainly see it in the gallery.
Falliday Fest is also just round the corner - it combines the tutorials from the regular Holiday Blitz with a few challenges each day from different hostesses - and of course there are prizes. It will run from Nov 4 - Nov 15, and the forum for it is HERE.
Also not far around the corner (sheesh, we'll have turned a full circle soon with all those corners!) is the December Snow Globe VSN. Three challenges on Nov 15th to whet your appetite, and a full program on Dec 14th and 15th. While you wait, the chat thread is already open HERE.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, 20th October through Saturday, 26th October. Everyone is welcome to join in - check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members on the job delivering notifications and smiles this week are:

Helpful hints and tips
EVERYONE is invited to join in!
You don't have to wait until you have a card listed in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be.
You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you.
Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:- That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site or prepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
- The card maker’s SCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
- It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
- And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.

In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects that really stood out for you in the gallery this last week. You don't have to have them saved in your gallery Favourites in order to share them.

Good Morning....I just lost half of my favorites on Word Pad so I am just not posting any of them for this week. I will try TextEdit or Notepad next week.
It seems to be a problem with updating Windows 10 to the latest version. It is flickering all over the place When I googled, seems like I am not the only one with this problem. Had the same problem last week but recovered what I lost...can't this time.
I have a house full of company so another reason to quit trying to get them back.
