Hi, Amy here starting this week's Favorites Thread.
Hope everyone has had a wonderful week and got to spend some time crafting. I spent the first part of the week recovering from a girl's crafty weekend at the Stamp and Scrapbook Expo in Duluth, GA (where I met my first two Splitcoaststampers) and the later part of the week celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. If you ever get the chance to go to one of the Expo's, GO! Four of us traveled six hours and all (various skill levels and interests) had a blast taking classes and shopping. Happy Sunday to Everyone! Amy, Thanks for getting the thread started this week. I envy you being able to go to a stamp Expo - especially with the benefit of meeting other Split Coast Stampers! The nearest one ever gets to me is a 12 hour drive away . . .not really doable in my 20 year old car! So this website and virtual friends are where it's at for me.

It's not too hot yet so I am doing a happy dance to celebrate all the love for my cards this week. I got really inky this week and loved it! Big hugs and gratitude to Amy for the shout out for my Merry Ornaments card, and also to Anita, Janine and Dagmar for listing Adventure Awaits as their favorite (that was a fun card to make).
