What a week...things were finally getting back to normal and my mother in law took another fall. Fortunately, at 83 she didn't break anything but hurt her knee and back again. That being said, I was Just getting my groove back and catching up on some challenges. Thanks for the overwhelming welcome back with your comments and favoring my cards.

More happy mail! Thank you Catherine for listing my Y for Yellow Card in your favorites. And thank you Susie Australia and Jayne (from Australia, too! ) for listing my Little Birdie card in your favorites! I have to say the recipient of the yellow card loved it, but today when I gave my friend the little birdie card, she didn’t get the joke! She still liked it, but I had to explain the cat ate the little birdie. She thought it meant he ate the year older!

You made my Monday SO special!!!! Thank you SO MUCH to Maura (Beesmom) for her very kind mention of my First Hand-Stitched Card. I haven't made a card in a long time, and it was a thrill to upload it earlier this week, I love spending time on SCS! Thank you to Nancy (Nwilliams6) for notifying me, and to all of that dedicated team, you guys are AWESOME!!! Being chosen as a Favorites really was a great boost and encouragement as I start getting back into cardmaking again, and I'm determined to find a way to create more no matter how I am feeling because making cards gives me so much joy just creating it alone, then to be able to send a handmade card to make someone else feel special is even better. Now I need to start checking out challenges and try some of those--I know I'd learn so much and meet more SCS members too.
I apologize for this late thank you--I've been particularly unwell with more severe pain than usual this past weekend, and I wasn't online to see the notification on Sunday. I had planned to list my own favorites but Sunday disappeared--I hope it's OK to list my favorites late. Thank you again to this wonderful team who send out these notices that bring so much joy to each person who has been named in a favorites list.
I want to thank each of you below for inspiring me and for teaching me, each work is absolutely glorious and I feel blessed to have had the pleasure of viewing each of these wonderful works of art.

Here is my list of favorites for the past week. As usual, I am in awe of the artistry I find on SCS, and these are some that I thought were absolutely awesome!!
SO sorry, it's been so long since I've been on here, that I didn't realize that what I saw was a preview yesterday and I thought I had posted it. When I just went in to check, I realized what I had done. So, not only am I late now, I'm REALLY late. Please know this was totally unintentional, but I HAD to thank everyone and to list the amazing artwork that I saw that was truly outstanding, works that touched my heart and inspired me, which is always what I find here at Splitcoaststampers.
