This was fun! I substituted foamy Dove dish soap and used a swirly stencil with green and blue inks- adding a paper pieced and sewn panel for my truck and dogs- along with a striped companion panel with my sentiment. Here's FF16shavingcreamstenciling Tailgating

I had so much fun with this technique! I kept dipping and spreading, not wanting to waste a bit of ink. Before I knew it, I had 37 full sized backgrounds and 27 accent pieces. WOWZA!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the look and cannot wait to see how my actual cards turn out. LOL! Oh! and my hands? STAINED but so pretty! ;)

I considered my first attempt a flop since I tried it on dark paper. So I had to make a go at another attempt. I even taught this technique at a crop yesterday. It was a real hit. Everyone loved it.
