My husband and I had to do the Myer-Briggs for pre-marital counseling...what I learned was the I am really an introvert and its okay to be an introvert!
I almost missed this this year! I don't know how much I'll be able to keep up - health issues and a promise of a princess dress for my granddaughter after she outgrew the first one before I even finished making it. But I'll do what I can and enjoy myself while doing it, isn't that the point?

I have two to do to catch up; the 2nd tutorial and the masking challenge. Yay! Most of tomorrow I will be gone. I have to leave at by 8:00 tomorrow morning;I am dreading getting up early, washing my hair and showering! I have been in pjs since 8:00last night! LOL. TMI
DH came home from work the other day and said "have you been in your pajamas all day?" And I said yes, and at this point I don't see any reason to get dressed! LOL He says' me either!
My pajamas have ink stains on the thigh. I clean the stamps and then blot them on my britches. I've learned not to purchase light colored ones. I've one top with lovely accidental art on the belly. No amount of zout worked!

Tables are a bit messier to open from in terms of verification, though ;-).
Wordpad, Notepad, anything like that that doesn't create hyperlinks till it's posted here gets my vote for pre- posting. I use Notepad on the PC for preparing my favourites on Saturday evening, and am currently using the text app on my phone to compile my Favourites of 2017.
I think there's a way of setting your Word document so that it doesn't format your links into hyperlinks, probably if you paste them as plain text. But since Lydia (and many others in the tech world) don't recommend copying and pasting from Word, I don't even try.

However, I have found that if I stick the document into a table the paste works great.
That is what I did to set up the Alpha thread with all the challenges and it linked beautifully!
Today's tutorial is ready to go! If you need the cut files for the tutorial, they are attached to the post in this forum.
Just want to make sure that everyone had TWO emails in their inboxes today - the Weekly Inkling newsletter and the Special Events newsletter! If you're not on both of those lists you're missing out!! There is a signup area on the homepage in the upper right if you need to subscribe.

I guess early morning time is just not going to be my time. I think I'm just going to have stay up late. Which that is fine, I'm a night owl at heart, but with little ones I tend to try to get in bed by 10. But I've been trying to get up earlier to have some craft time before every one gets up. Little man was stirring by 6:30 already this morning. And that's not quiet time for me if I know he is awake. B/c chances are high he won't stay content in his bed for long. DH did try to settle him and that gave me time for some yoga. DD2 used to be like this too...white noise, fan and all and she could still just sense that we were up or I was up if I was up super early for gym or alone time. Yup, Mr. Man seems to have the same sensitivity! So! Gotta' find what works and I think night time me time is going to be a whole lot less frustrating... My word!!!
Skipping a YMCA class to stay home to stamp. DH took the week off work and it's a rainy day here - I just could not resist the call to cozy up and stamp.
I took the Myers Briggs test when I was a teenager (I am 42 now) and I remember being an I and a T but not the rest. I would love to have my DH and three teen daughters take it along with me again. I love that kind of stuff, plus I think it would help my oldest decide on a college major.
Good morning all!! I’ve been up all night trying to find where the gremlins has taken my drunken moon card lol Ms Dina I need your help please with sugar on top!!! Can you locate it and move it to the correct place and back into my gallery. It disappeared but I know it’s somewhere because I keep getting notice that someone loves it but when I click to check it says I’m not a member . Which I am surely a member of our awesome site SCS.so I may have accedently posted it wrong to a hostess thread or something.:(

Brenda you had me in stitches talking about the ink stains on your pajamas.
There have been some fantastic cards in the gallery already for this years Fallidays. I am really enjoying seeing all the amazing crafters in the galleries.

you cannot go to your own gallery and see the card in there as a thumbnail at all?
( if you see it there, and you click on it do you see a thumbnail above the card to the left)

Do you think I should stay out of craft room? I think I will go down after another cup of Earl Grey! My electric tea kettle is a red Hamilton Beach and I am in my third one in about twelve years! I wear them out. Use it all day, everyday! Have a great day crafting! Love these challenges!
Oh no! Sharon, I missed something - did you fall down the stairs?
Just last week, a friend of mine fell down the basement stairs in her new house - she had broken bones and a brain bleed - all on the right side. Got plates and screws in her arm. She's home now, but spent about 5 days in the hospital. She didn't or couldn't hang on. Yikes.
Be very careful! Stairs make me nervous.
Sure hope you feel better soon!

I'm up from a 20 min siesta that I very much needed after a rough morning!! Little man is napping well too so wish me luck. I'm off to color and check in with today's card challenges.
Spent the day out shopping including some craft store stops. Was planning on crafting when I got home but I got a call from my daughter that has me in a funk. The court is sending my foster grandson back to his mom's. So very hard to understand and accept.
Oh my!! I was just on Amazon searching for the fir branch punch that I so want!! Amazon reminded me that I purchased the punch back in 2016. Um..... I seriously have no recollection of finally buying this. YIKES!!! I just had to laugh. Something I wanted so badly and here it was right in my punch drawer. Thanks for the reminder Amazon...I would have bought it all over again. Snort!

Gail, I was a foster mom for 8 years. Many of our kids were teens, so they aged out, but we did have a few that returned home. Sometimes it made me happy, seeing birth families get their lives in order, but sometimes I saw the flaws in the very imperfect foster care system. I understand the grief of losing a child, even if you only knew that child for a short time. {{{HUGS}}}

Oh do you know how often I have done the very same thing!! Thank goodness Amazon keeps track of what I purchase!!

I'm so sorry, this must be a complete roller coaster at times. My cousin and her little family (one adopted little girl) are fostering twin 2 year old little girls. I'm so grateful for their open hearts and home and just hope what ever the situation is that it can be resolved so they can safely return home.

Yeah, Mom has made no changes so it's hard to be enthused about his returning back there. :-( It is also hard to not get frustrated with the caseworker who hasn't even been inside the house yet thinks it's okay for him to go back. He's been with my DD and SIL for a year.
about that amazon thing... it is not perfect, sometimes people repackage things over time and then it only keeps track of your first one... ( so, I have ended up with duplicate movies...)
