Ok, first -- yep, I am a little slow noticing things.
At the top of SCS pages there is a banner for OUR DAILY BREAD DESIGNS.
They sell scripture stamps.

I have ordered from them- excellent products, quick service and the website features a scripture of the day. I personally reccomend Our Daily Bread Designs!
I have finally gotten started on this challenge. I decided to buy some of Sweet and Sassy's sets to get me started. I made a good dent tonight. I have created an album in my gallery to make looking at it easier. I used 5 by 7 index cards, the plain side is the side I decorated, leaving the lined side for actually journaling. I am hoping this will keep me focused on studying God's word more than I usually do. I kept my pages simple as to not distract from the focus of His words.
Thank you for posting this challenge!

I am trying to post the links to my cards for Jan., Feb., and March. However it will not let me and says I have to make 3 posts before I can URL's to other sites. I am a little frustrated at the moment and feeling pretty stupid.

Oh my goodness ladies!!!!! I just came across this thread. You have ALL done such beautiful work! I love the cards, altered items, etc. Just beautiful. I have a BIA and scripture stamps, now I need to get going. You have all motivated me. Beautiful work ladies.
Here is my BVC08 for February (I know, I'm way behind!). This page is an exact replica of a stunning card created by that awesome stamper Laura Fredrickson, so I cannot take even a teensy bit of credit! In fact, I hesitated to post it - please go look at her original card, which I link in my upload - it is the most beautiful card in the whole wide world! I couldn't get it out of my head until I made one just like it - now maybe some of her creativity will rub off on me, I hope!
Where have I been? I just found this thread. What a wonderful idea. I plan to start now and do what I can. I have enjoyed, been inspired, and uplifted by your submissions.
Good Morning ... hey, like some other gals ... I finally came across this thread and think it is positively wonderful to use our craft in this way to glorify God and to be able to give these as gifts to others to encourage and uplift.
I am a precept leader ... newbie, started teaching precepts 2 years ago ... but have been a student for about 12 years.
At any rate, I did the so called ATC(BVC bible verse cards) for my students. I would decorate the front of the BVC and put the memory verse on the back and then laminate them and they would put it on those rings and attach to their 3 ring binders
I would like to join up ... and try and play catch up ... not sure which avenue I will take yet, but the 6x6 album sounds good right now
Thanks for starting this.
Blessings,
Diana
I also am a Precept leader/student. Great idea to share the ATC with your students. I have been making book marks for my students/friends to put their key words on. They get a new book mark whenever we start a new study.
Thought you ladies would enjoy this pic. My niece sent it of her new daughter, Calia while she was sleeping. I think she is talking with God. Notice her little hands.

Hi Marci,
Wow, what a neat coincidence ... I am so very happy to meet you. I will have to remember to make book marks for each study also. That is a great idea. I should have done that for myself for each book I studied. I have been very bad about chaning the icons as we go along ... The basics, God, Christ, Spirit, land, time etc ... are all kept the same ... but it is so hard in the OT to try and keep all those families and kings apart lol
Blessings to you,
Diana
Just a reminder for those of you who are uploading on the 8th of the month...that it's this Thursday! Be sure to check out Lori's blog Thursday morning.
Of course you are welcome to play/upload any time of the month, but the *big push* day is the 8th each month.
So happy to see so many have joined in!!!! Jump in any time - even if you can't catch up on past months!
A short time ago I saw a post by someone here, I assume, regarding this challenge. You had created a scripture holder that displayed your card on picture hangers. Using these hangers you were able to change the card at the front of your box whenever your created a new one. I thought I had saved your directions but as I am very computer challenged I cannot find it. Would you please repost a link to your directions or tell me where I can find them. Thanks in advance.

Here's the BVC08 Gallery if you want to look though it.
Everyone - please remember to use BVC08 as your keyword.
I am sooo challenged when it comes to using a computer.
I uploaded my May BVC08 card. I have no idea if it will show up in the gallery after it is approved, because there is no stamping on it so I put it in my gallery.
I have yet to figure out - yes, I read the instructions, but I can not make a link to it.
I have to wait until I get the approval email and then copy and paste the address here. ***red faced**

I've wanted to participate in this challenge for quite awhile already, just didn't get to it. Here is a frame with a verse I made for my dh's bday yesterday. I love the idea of having a bible verse as part of my decor. Thanks for starting this challenge.
Here it is BVC08 Prov. 3:5-7 by rosella s at Splitcoaststampers
I always look forward to this challenge! The stamp that I used on this really makes the card and I didn't have to do a lot of fussing over it. The verse is one that I blesses me often. So, here's mine:
So so sorry for the multiple posts. They timed out each time and did not appear to go through. Umm....now when I checked back I see it posted about 12 times. So sorry.
I am finally getting to participate!! I posted the cover of my book and the first page this morning. I also posted to my blog with a link to the challenge. Now to do the last 4 that I missed!
Lori:
What a fantastic idea! I would love to join you on your journey.
Sadly, I am way behind so I have some catching up to do. However, that sounds like a great excuse to hibernate in my stamp/craft room for an unspecified time having a blast! :0)
I'll try to get my January entry in by the weekend.
