what was on eBay was already shared on SCS and had no one interested. So far about 75% of it has sold and the money is going on Mom's funeral bill. Couldn't believe when put the list out on SCS with $5 price for set, got no takers, but on eBay I got an average of $8-$10 for those same sets. Every $1 counts when you're trying to pay bills. Had a bunch of Sizzix dies too - going to have more of those. Getting rid of alot of "stuff" that is taking up valuable space in this "barn" I live in. Have sizzix dies that are very similar to spellbinder dies so... those spellbinder dies take up a lot less room.
If they are standard or sizzlits, I'd like to see the list, Sue. I can't use BigZ dies though. I have the platform machine.

Amazon is just listing it as Historical Fiction. Here's a link to the book with several reviews.
Amazon.com: Hidden Affections: Delia Parr: Books

I need to start my day. Yeah, I know a bit late. I got up a little after 8 with a text from Kitty my rainlyte account had been hacked. Well only 2 people have told me that and I've not had anything in my email to suggest it has. But I changed the password anyway. Went into Cindy's for breakfast and am home working on my creative projects for the week. Have the article for the paper to start on and tons of pictures to edit and resize. Going to be a long day with this headache.

On the up side... the weather is gorgeous! Just wish I could be out in it.

the weather is pretty here too, tho on the cool side...After Faith gets up and has lunch I hope to get her outside, as Tam brought me a hooded sweatshirt for her yesterday...
I still do not know when I will be taking her home...so that will depend on that too ...

I LOVE tapioca pudding - I really like it warm the best. Don't know why I never make it... oh wait, yes I do. It's because I'd eat the whole bowl in one setting and that wouldn't be a good thing... it sure would taste wonderful though.

I tried that angel food cake mix and the lemon canned pudding too. I didn't care for it at all. I normally love all things lemon, but those bars sure didn't work for me.

I only have a few that come visit my feeders. But I love to watch them. My DD in CA had them around their neighborhood all the time. We just get them from about August til the end of October.

I'm with you on that one along with Rice Pudding and Bread Pudding. My mom made the best, but if I did, not sure how long it would last.

Guess I better get off and get some things done.

I"m really having a terrible time with these little sugar ants. I found some today crawling around on my computer desk. Couldn't figure it out. Then I saw that I had left a bag of Caramel popcorn on my desk but it was in a Ziploc bag. Guess it wasn't closed quite all the way because they were all inside crawling around. I have no idea how they got up on top of my desk in the first place. These things are really driving me nuts.

Kel, if you are familiar with this book...tho it may be a new one, I am not sure... is this a Historical Romance?? just wondering...
I should make a list of the books I have and are finished with - then we could do a lending library type thing - I could mail them to anyone who's interested in reading them. Mom has so many books and I hate to just toss them. I'm not getting any interest from the two local libraries - mainly because they're paperbacks I'm thinking.

it may be the age of the books, as they are limited to what they can have some times...

are there any used book stores??

If there are any you think I might enjoy just holler

I wrote it down, thanks. I am always looking for new authors esp older ones as my library here is not up to the latest & greatest.

btw, that peanutbutter fudge was much better the next day, it was creamier less grainy. I might make it again but doubtful.

They are all glued. I'm hoping they will be ok.

A friend of mine is going to make Jaydin's pirate costume (Jaydin is SOOOOO excited!!!) and help me make a Minnie Mouse bow.

I'm going to embroider our shirts tomorrow and Tuesday, I think. If my machine is fixed, I'll do a couple of other things, but if not, I guess I'll have to go with what I've done. I do still need to sew those two little taggies together, but I *can* use Jaydin's machine if I have to.

I feel better about things today.

I LOVE my .22. It's an awesome gun, great accuracy, and a pleasure to shoot. Don't underrate it or underestimate it's power or usefulness. If someone gets shot in the head or heart with a .22, they go down. Great gun to have.

My dd and I share books. Although with getting so many through my Kindle Fire, we haven't done so much of that lately. I did share a bunch of mine with a couple Quackers so I know they found good homes.

What kind of books do you like to read Sue?

I'm sure she is exhausted. I hope that she remembers to take care of herself. I know how it is, but she's not of any use to anyone if she crashes from all of this.

I just wish I could figure out where they are coming from, then I could do something about it. Somehow I have to find the entrance. I know I had a bunch coming in through the kitchen, but my computer desk isn't anywhere close to that.

I had a productive day today. I finished up my card for PSC and then worked on another card for a challenge I'm submitting it for. And I have another one ready to go on my blog. I need to figure out when they have to be posted. I really don't like posting more than one on the same day.

Kel, and Dody as I know your reading preferances, I think you may enjoy it...it does carry some history of the city as well, again not what I would usually want to read... gee maybe I am finally growing up lol I actually found myself "wanting" to get back to the book I Sue and Shell, uh maybe you might enjoy this too I hope some of you try to locate this book and enjoy as I did

Kel, if you are familiar with this book...tho it may be a new one, I am not sure... is this a Historical Romance?? just wondering...

I love Historical Fiction. I may have to look it up. That time period is my favorite, too. If it was time travel ... it would be perfect. LOL! I will go check it out.

Kindle version is only $5.79. That's not bad. I may have to get that before the trip.

yes she is and that is a lot of why I take Faith...I just want what is best for each of them Faiths needs a routine and one ob one and Tammy needs to sleep so she can so all she needs... with out Faith there it is all easier on her... tho she misses her so much
