Default MDS and SVG files

I have noticed that MDS uses SVG files. Also, there is a free download called Inkscape that makes SVG files. Can I load SVG files that I created in Inkscape intp MDS and use as stamps?

I don't have MDS installed anymore, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. I used png & jpg files (my own digital scrapbooking kits I designed myself) in MDS when I was using it so I don't see why you couldn't use your own svg files. Also, any of those SU svg files can be used with electronic cutting machines (if you have one). You can use them in Silhouette Studio Designer Edition, Make The Cut, and Sure Cuts A Lot.

Thanks. Is it involved? I haven't done much with converting files?

You don't have to convert them. MDS can use these files as they are straight into the program.
