How to start a Digi Images page

Hi there all -- Can anyone point me in the right directions for -- How to start a digi page ??? I have a BIL would can draw and I was thinking of asking him to draw me some images that I could load and see if anyone liked them. BUT I have no idea how to even start to do this. Can anyone help me please. Thanks

Most of the digi downloads I have are .jpeg or .png, but I like that they are very clean line art with no stray pixels on the image. I did use a coloring book page as a digi stamp that someone scanned and cleaned up. Not sure how to do file conversions from the art program.
