Default Digital Gallery?

I have perused the digital threads, and have gone to many of the individual digital cards posted by members, but am I missing where there is a digital gallery? It would be lovely to be able to go to one gallery and see the various cards made with digital stamps.

Hi Brenda,

if you go to the gallery on the left side you can do a search. Put in the word "digital" or "digi" or both and you will get a ton. In order for cards to show up there, people have to add that as a keyword. I do whenever I upload one made with a digistamp and it seems like a lot of other do too.

Here is the link to the cards made with digi stamps. Can't believe how many there are, I am going to have a look now too!

I'm glad I asked the question, because I wouldn't have thought about putting "digi" or "digital" in the tag line.

Brenda, your cards are really nice. Are they all digital? Do you print them yourself? I'm thinking about using a coupon for Shutterfly to create some digital cards, and have been kicking around the whole design aspect. I have a huge selection of great digital graphics, and I really like the idea of being able to "produce" 10 cards from one design, lol. I don't find self-printing to be very durable.

I like doing hybrid cards. I print out 4-6 panels on a page, then add to my own cardstock base. It really saves on printer ink. There are some in my gallery.

I haven't thought about putting "digi" in the tag line. I usually do a bulk upload and I don't think I've ever seen a place to put in tag phrases. About 98% of my projects in my gallery over the last year or so have been using digital images and papers, etc. I guess you could say I'm more of a hybrid crafter than digi since I usually print everything out. I do have a few pure digi projects in my gallery, but those tend to be scrapbook pages and not cards. I think a separate digi gallery would be a great idea.

I haven't been adding digi or digital to my tag line either. Thanks for the suggestion. My gallery features: digital, hybrid and rubberstamping.

cat_woman
because you are uploading into albums in your gallery you do not have the option to add key words or descriptions. Albums aren't searchable. They are their own little hang out within your gallery.

cakhuxel, thanks. The only one that was done with a digital stamp is the Happy Birthday flower. It's more of a hybrid because the flower was colored in with the few copics I have at the moment (more are on the way!) and the layering was all done traditionally. The flower picture is digital in that it is an original photo that I manipulated with Picassa's free program. I replaced my ancient laptop with a desktop this summer and my Photoshop Elements was too old to use with it. I did print that card out on my own printer, should have probably used photo aper, but I am happy enough with the white cardstock. I'm having a blast looking at everybody's digital/hybrid creations.

Hi,
I have read your interesting blog. I live in Bali,Indonesia there are no stampers here and no craftshops like I used to know them in Australia.
I noticed that you wrote you had lots of graphic designs, can you give me the address where you get them?
Greetings,
Jogry/bali

Hi, you can find amazing free digital images, photoshop brushes, and all kinds of great stuff just by running a search on the internet. I do really well with Scrapgirls.com shabbyprincess.com cottagearts.com, digiscrapdepot.com.
