Default Index for Digi's

Does anyone have an easy way to print an index of digital images (small images)? I do not have MDS, but just have the digis stored in folders (Windows) to use in Microsoft Word. Thanks for the help.

I don't use microsoft word, my last computer didn't have it and I used paint.
There have been a lot of discussion about indexing digitals; I have been spending the last month using a method shared on here in this posting:
SU! Stamped Images book by Christhedolllady at Splitcoaststampers
posting number 11, by Sarah, has a fantastic system, though not speedy at all. I love it and catagorize mine by companies names, so I can find what images to use for challenges. Then I create my own indexing typed system for cross reference. I don't do excel or anthing like that to know if that could be faster. So, you are using microsoft work, to resize images, I gather. I wouldn't be saving all those images on youor computer, but, a USB memory stick,
at least. It probably slows your computer, and if it crashes, everything is gone.

Thanks for your tips. I have just been using the option to view the large icons (of the digi stamps) while the folder is open (Windows 7).

There is a little video tutorial on the microsoft website that shows you how to print contact sheets that you may find helpful:

View and print picture thumbnails

I will definately try to print picture thumbnails. Thanks! Much easier than copy/paste into Microsoft Word.
