Default Just one idea

At TwistedPapers.com they have a bunch of "Tapestry Swatches." Looks like they put the fabric into a scanner.
You could try this too, if you have fabric that you think would look good on paper. Or you could go shopping at Goodwill and Salvation Army stores for skirts, pillow-tops et cetera.

One time I dumped a whole bunch of misc buttons onto my scanner, then arranged them close together and scanned them. Made for a lovely background. Come to think of it, I have no idea where that digi went. I'll have to try that again... LOL

I use to design digital scrapbooking kits and, speaking from experience, it can get quite involved to create some of these images - especially if you create from scratch and not scanning. I suggest you start at a site that is specifically digital scrapbooking for tutorials. There are a few sites that I like: digitalscrapbookplace.com, scrapbook-bytes.com, scrapgirls.com. They all have tutorials, most of them are free, but the more advanced ones will have a charge for them.

thanks so much for the sites. I really want to be able to make some "disney" styled things for all of my WDW pictures since I can't seem to find any Disney digital kits anywhere. Thank you again!!! Off to check them out.

On Adobe Elements you can create nice papers with the use of brushes and the the burn tool.
