Help!
 

I have Microsoft works and I cannot download any png files only jpg. Does anyone know how I can convert?

I can't either and it's frustrating because I paid for downloads and can't use them. Grrrrr!!! I give up. Kind people here have tried to help me but to no avail.

Try this. Go to your image. Go to File Save As. When the box pops up, there should be a drop down next to where it says png. Find the jpg there, and click on it. Then save your file. Now it should be a jpg.

You can download Paint.net and it is free and it will let you download these images. Hope this helps. Josie

I was just about to suggest paint.net or GIMP. Both are open source and free. Or, usually the store owner (I know I do!) will convert them to JPG after you purchase if you request.
