A bit specific I know, but does anyone know of one? My 3 year old great niece has just fallen and broken her collar bone, on the day her mum goes off to canada to see her family, leaving her with dad for a week - fun and games!
I thought about that Clair but I thought she may not be able to do too much in the way of craft if her arm was hurting, maybe when she's on the mend.
Thank you amber and mlhaun for your suggestions, I have used mlhaun's and made the card. It started out with the sling arm having a plaster cast on it so I cut the hand off and duplicated the good hand, reversed it and stuck it on the end of the sling!

OMG! Too cute. Great job on the card and I hope she is feeling better soon.
