baseball card form?

My son is doing a project for middle school. You know your typical "parts of speech mobile" (groan, why can't they just write sentences. Don't the teachers know this tortures parents)

Anyway he's doing a baseball theme and we're wanting to make something that looks like baseball cards where he can take a picture off the internet, plug it in and write something and print it.

Is there something like that somewhere???/ I am good at ideas but bad at implementation......

I just went to Google Images and this is what it came up with: baseball - Google Search.

There are a lot of b&w pics of baseball players he could use. When you click on the picture, you can right click and save as. Good Luck!
