It's February and time for build-a-scrapbook page (aka progressive)! Hope you come join along - anyone is welcome - first timers, seasoned challenge participants, digital and paper scrappers!
For this page you will end up using anywhere from 1 to 5 photos on your page. Here are the steps for Task #1...
-Use black paper as your base.
-Choose one punch shape (square, diamond, hexagon, circle, heart, etc) and use it throughout the middle section of your page. You can have them all the same size, make it random or make a pattern thats up to you. Leave the top inch of the page clear and the bottom 3 inches clear but fill the rest of the area at least half full with the shapes.
-Use a color and/or patterned paper that you typically would stay away from or have never used before (and tell us what it is)
Please use the keyword DGPROG15Feb.
Glad to be back hosting again this month. I hope to see lots of you playing along. I posted a bit early because its been crazy busy for me and I'm grabbing my opportunity while I have it now. I'll see you next Tuesday for Task #2.
Here's my Task 1. One tip...make sure the base cardstock or paper is the right size before you start. I had one page done & started on the second one. As I held them together something wasn't right...I had pulled out a piece of cardstock that I had previously used & put back in the package!!
