Thanks for your question Valmin! I've a couple of ways to answer it, since I like to use a couple ways to emboss digital images.
1st: Some metallic or semi-non-porous papers will let you emboss straight out of an ink jet printer. Favourites of mine are Vellum cardstock from Paper Temptress (Candido Incandescent & metallics.) You just prepare your embossing supplies (so you can work quickly) and then print, sprinkle on the embossing powder & heat set it. Here's an example:

2nd: You can prepare papers with Matte Medium (clear) or Gesso (white or other colours) to make them not soak up the paper too fast, so it stays wet enough to hold the embossing powder. There's a full tutorial here:

I'm obsessed with embossing, so all the digital work on my blog (which is half of it or more, lately) uses an embossed digital technique.
