Happy Tuesday everyone and welcome to color challenge #369. I am filling in for Betty this week. She is at the beach for a little r & r.
I am also thrilled to be announcing the April guest designers. Let's give a big splitcoaststampers welcome to

Are you ready for a " peach & limeade party"? It's a soft in-color trio and definitely lends itself to spring or vintage.

Peach Parfait
Lucky Limeade
Pool Party
Neutrals: white, vanilla or brown
Dessert Option: make a fancy edge to one of your layers by using either a border die or a border punch.

Mary, these are BEAUTIFUL colors together. It was fun thinking of what to do with them.....they gave lots of possibilities. I went with my favorite subject....flowers. Thanks for the lovely challenge.

Here's my card for today's challenge. OOOps I just noticed that my neutral, black wasn't in the choices. Hope the challenge police don't come and get me! LOL Thanks Mary for a fun color combo. I have to admit, I wasn't sure how this would look together. Finally completed this card this morning. Can't find my table top for the mess. I did the border first and then didn't know what to do to complete the front! Played around with this for hours yesterday. Now I have a big mess on my stamping table to clean up. For better or worse here's my card. TFL

I went for a more vintagey look with these colours using the Everyday Enchantment papers and I love how this one came out.

I am quite late to this party, but I finally got my card done! I had to substitute Soft Sky and used the closest Prisma pencils that I had on my card, Hibiscus for You. |
