Oh, I love these colors and I too, will have to wait until morning, but in the meantime, I haven't been able to figure out how to make a link back here. Can anyone help explain it to me, please? Thanks in advance.

Linda,
The easiest way is to bring your card up to full size, click on the URL (address at top of page) to highlight it. Then copy it (CTRL C). Come back to the forum, start your post in the normal way & then paste (CTRL V) your link into your post. Let us know if you are still having problems.
Lindsey, your card is awesome! Can I just CASE it & submit it? JK Great combo. I have never used these 3 colors together. Amethyst is one of my least used colors, mostly because I don't know what to put it with. Thanks for the challenge. I probably won't get to this until afternoon because I have a class this morning.
Ooooh, I am going to have to be creative. I have the paper, but no chocolate chip ink and I only have the craft spot in sage. I think I can pull something together. These colors are beautiful!

Beautiful, beautiful color combo! Unfortunately we are moving in less than 3 weeks and most of my stamp stuff is already packed. I might be tempted to pull out a few things to play with. Our house is for sale so I can't have clutter while showing. *WHINE*
I'll enjoy the Eye Candy here and join in the fun much later!

SUSIE! Look for me - I wanna swap with you - I will be with Lana!
Okay, just a little hijack - Beth, how awesome that you would want to swap with ME! I get a little nervous about swapping - I'm shy and get afraid of being "snubbed" after reading some of the posts on here. It will be very fun to meet you in person - I will for sure keep my eyes peeled for you. Do you go early then to registration? And will you be there on Saturday morning?
Sorry everyone - that's all. Back to the pretty colors at hand.
I am soooo lovin this color combo. Thanks for the challenge Lindsey, I was meaning to try it out last week and never found the time. Here is a valentine for my parents...
Lots of beautiful cards here ladies- great work! Lindsey- Thanks for such a great color challenge this week- I never use Sage Shadow- usually Mellow Moss, so this will be a great excuse to use up my stash of paper! Hope to play later today/tonight...

I am beyond frustrated with uploading my cards!! My scanner just made them look pukey!!! IRL they are soooo not pukey!! Oh well, the challenge was great. I do not feel confident as a card designer so I usually just case ones I like. These challenges really force me to create and I am gaining confidence that I do have some skill Thanks for looking
THANK YOU for not using pink/red...I'm so over them!!!! I think making a bizillion Valentine's card wiped my out of using that combo for awhile. I very rarely use Sage Shadow, like the new AArtichoke or Celery better, so this will be fun! And Chocolate Chip is my FAVE, my house is all earth tones (to hide the dirt hee-hee)! Yipee, I'll paly later~gotta wake up sleepy-head and get her to school.

I should know better than look at these at work. I wanna go home and stamp!!! Jacksonbelle - your card is beautiful - and looks good enough to eat! Pretty fitting for Valentine's Day I would say. I will be counting down the hours to get home and get inky!! Thanks!!
Jacksonbelle, thanks for the encouragment. I did not mean to sound down on myself, I just find it easier to case all the wonderful work I see on SCS and then have little time left to go out on my own. I am just not naturally gifted in art like some people and I am okay with that b/c I do have skill in copying LOL!!! I try to go with my strengths!! One of the reasons I like stamping is that so much of the art is in the stamps!! The challenges are great for making me use the things I have seen and learned from others. I am so grateful for this site, people are so talented and also so willing to share. I never would have signed on as a demo without it. Ultimately I can sell others on stamping b/c if I can do it, they can do it too!!

Here is my attempt. I am not so sure I like these colors. I like the cards I have seen so far but Im not too sure about mine. Maybe I'll try again later! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers Pending as of 9:43 MT
I'll play later, I can't stamp my work area is a mess!! and there is a ton of "stuff" all over my Carl cutter. I love the color combo, thanks for the challenge Lindsey!
Here's my addition to the playing! I like to make baby cards that can go for either a boy or girl, so these colors fit for me!
(pending as of 9:41 am pst.)
I almost forgot you were hosting the color challenge!! So exciting! I will do this when I get home tonight... if I'm not too "busy" with DH (he told me not to plan on making cards tonight... he has other plans. We'll see!
