Since it is the first week I will allow a new IN COLOR to be a part of the challenge, I will also include a current color that you may use instead. This week's combo comes from Rachelhope13! She made a lovely card using these two colors together and I think there is much potential here! Can't wait to see what y'all do with it!
I can't make one today as we are traveling out of town to go to the in-laws....as soon as I get my butt outta this chair!

cranberry crisp ( or bravo burgundy/ruby red if you don't have cranberry. But honestly everyone needs cranberry because it is THE BEST new color!)

What a cool color combo! I have a couple of more days before Cranberry Crisp comes to my house. Boo hoo! But I'll play later this week. Can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with.
Well get your little behind outta that chair missy, the sooner you get to the in-laws the sooner I get to meet you on Saturday !!!!!!!!!! In the mean time, I better do this challenge.

Here's one I made yesterday - it's a bit of a stretch. I'm using up my bliss before I switch to bashful and don't have the new colors so I used ruby. Thanks for the challenge, Emily!
I hope to try this color combo tonight, if I can squeeze it in before Rockstar: Supernova, but until then I had this card in my gallery that uses similar colors. The blue is Bliss Blue, and the cranberry is actually Real Red paper overstamped with Baroque Burgundy.
I don't have the new colors yet, but my order is going in next week. I am assuming the Cranberry is a softer version of burgundy - hard to tell from the catalog! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I don't have cranberry crisp yet:( ...but after seeing Rachel's example I will be ordering it soon for sure. Will substitute as you suggested and see what I come up with. Thanks for the challenge!
*sigh* I'm another one who doesn't have new colors....I don't even have "old" new colors, I have to use up my hoarded supply bf i can buy more...the good news is that these challenges are making my supply disappear! "Hi, my name is Brenda, and I am no longer a paper hoarder." I will play with what I have, Love this combo! Have a VERY safe trip!

Crisp is in the house! (Along with marigold, caribbean, thyme, and all the new colors!) I'll be stamping later this afternoon. Off to play putt-putt, inside in a glow in the dark place. Lots of fun and it's COOL!!!
