CC89: bashful cranberries
This week's color combo comes from
JusColorado ! She used this for her Christmas cards this year and thought it would be a great challenge combo. I thought I'd use it this week in case anyone was working on their cards and needed a good combo for them.
CC89:
bashful blue
cranberry crisp
old olive
JusColorado's sample:
Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Also, just a bit of a teaser.....there will be a special contest and an AWESOME prize for CC100. Made by one of the Dirty Dozen Alumni! So keep your eyes peeled for more hints in the weeks to come! This week's hint.....it is being made by Leigh O'Brien!!! This is something related to the color challenges, a commemorative item for the 100 challenges milestone!
Please put
CC89 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here !
As always, I am open to suggestions for future color challenges! Please pm me if you have one. Including a sample is always appreciated! I will probably not respond, as I get several, but I save them for future reference!

Lovely combination, and not far from the one I've been playing with for my Christmas cards - bordering blue, old olive and real red. I will give this a try tonight!

Well, I wanted to do this, but I am out of Always Artichoke (oh the horror!).. so I did one with Mello Moss in substitute.. is that acceptable, emily?
If not, no worries
I still like the card.

Gorgeous Color combo. I will have to play once I get the kids off to school. Thanks Emily! It's so cold here, those colors totally fit. They make me think Christmas card big time.

I loved Flaxychick's card yesterday, so used her layout. And I loved the faux wood challenge. That is such a great background. Thanks Dawn.
Merry Christmas

Here's my card for this challenge. I got up early and had time to do the card, but there wasn't good light. So, it's darker than I would have liked for the picture. Thanks for looking!
