I'm DYING to do one with the new colors, but then, that wouldn't be very nice to others, would it? 2nd week of July, it's fair game though! Bring on the new colors in the challenges! :)

Woo Hoo! I used those exact colors last week in the sketch challenge! Of cousre I'll make another one for this week's "assignment." Here is last week's:

ETA: Ooops, just relooked at that card and realized that I used ballet blue. LOL!! But it looks brocade blue because I did wax paper resist.

darn it...no more mustard....sigh....i need to start buying paper instead of stamps...maybe I can find some Bazzill I have that looks like more mustard.

Is there a deadline on posting our cards for the challanges?

Do you have More Mustard ink? I've seen other members participate in these challenges using one or two of the colors in other ways than the card stock. You could also try using the chalks or markers. And don't forget all the embelishments! Or even try to incorporate some scrap pieces, such as stripes or a small triangle in the corner to make it look like the card was folded there.

I don't know of any deadline. I've made cards using combos from previous couple of weeks. But I know most members submit there creations by the following Tuesday.

Thanks. I don't have my paper separated and I'm having a heck of a time figuring out my colors. Going to take it to my demo ASAP.

I do have all the inks though so I could probably do something that way.

Another rockin' color combo from color challenge from MamaK! I must admit I winced at this one having never put more mustard with mellow moss and brocade blue but once I tried it, I'm hooked.

Okay, MamaK (hey, that rhymes...) - I had my doubts, but when I finished that card, I said, "Wow, those colors are too cool together..." Great choice!

I liked these so much that I may use them for the Sketch Challenge, too!

Okay, these are colors I never thought of putting together, so, I had to give this one a try! I just uploaded my card, so it's still pending.

It's not as pretty as all of the other's but it's my shot at it :)

Here is my colour combo card. Didn't think I would have the chance to do it today but as this is only my second week, I figured I better get one done - too early to quit! The colour combo was great yet again. It's great fun doing this challenge and helps to think outside of the normal colour palate! Thanks for keeping it going!

This is my 2nd attempt at using these colors for this week's challenge. I would have never thought to put brocade blue w/the other 2 colors, but after doing so, I have to admit, it is a great combination.

Here's my care that will fit two challenges: CC11 & SC22. I posted one yesterday and realized I used real rust instead of more mustard. This card I used all the right colors.
