HelloColorChallengeFans! Welcome to this week's challenge. It's #1000 for us and we have some fun planned for all of you.
Before I introduce the colors for this week, let's congratulate Sue aka suen as the fave from last week. Diane was the hostess, and she chose Sue's Celebrate Wonderful card.
Diane said: "Sue created a beautifully stenciled & die-cut bloom. The gold foil and background embossing added lovely elegance. Her design was well-balanced and stunning. Wonderful card"!
Congrats Sue!Your card will be pinned on our Pinterest Color Challenge board. See that here.
Now onto this week's challenge. I asked the team to pick a favorite challenge that they hosted between #901-#999. So, we are giving you 6 different color combinations this week. Pick your favorite from the chart below and create a new card.
We are also offering some prizes this week to celebrate #1000. Each hostess has come up with a little prize package that will be awarded to her favorite card.
We are offering a Paper Pumpkin Kit, Hooray For Surprises stamp set & die, an in-color sampler pack and shimmer gems, blending brushes and stencils plus some other fun surprise gifts.
To be eligible for a prize, we do have some rules for this challenge: 1. Your card has to be a new one. 2. You can use your neutrals of choice but you can't add other colors to the combos listed below. 3. On your keywords useCC1000 + the other challenge # of the combo you choose. That way the hostess will know you played in her challenge.

Please keep in mind that while we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
What a terrific color challenge- Thank you Mary! I went with CC983, opting to switch from the dessert option of sunflowers to daisies. Adding some shine with glossy accents solution and adhesive gems. Used midnight blue and mossy meadow as my neutrals. Here's Daisies For You

Great challenge for this milestone challenge, Mary. I chose Karen's for my card. Thanks to you and the entire team for the multitude of challenges you have offered us through the years!
For my card for CC1000 and CC908-I went with a frilly approach to a baby shower card- lots of die cuts for the dessert option and some sponging. Even paper pieced the bunny (he's 2 layers). Here's Shower Bunnies

I was able to combine 3 challenges- using an embossing folder "new to me". Love the color combo of green, yellow and orange- inspired by all the daffodils in bloom here in NW Washington State. This is dedicated to my DS who just got in the PhD program at Yale. Here's CC1000 CC983 SC1010 Congrats
