CC268: Old Banana Ballet (Tea Time)!
We are combining efforts again today for some much needed lovin'! Cindy (mothermark) Teapot Tuesday Challenge MMTPT91 "Many of you are familiar with Roseanne (Sumtoy) a cherished member of the SCS community! Roseanne has sent countless cards to others in their time of need. She is very active in the Need a Lift forum and its our chance to thank her and pay her back for her kindness. I took a look at Cindy's teapot and had to decide on colors that were in the pot, but had not been used before in combo. Plus, I am trying to use retiring colors so it was tough to get some that worked. Did you know that in all of the SCS color combo challenges that ballet blue has ONLY been used 7 times? I could not believe it! Well, no wonder it is retiring! Poor thing! I chose two retiring colors and one that is staying...thank goodness! Love me some old olive! All in all, I really love this color combo! I am sure you can create some beauties with them! I just returned home from an Eagle Scout celebration- it was awesome. Now for the color challenge. Thanks for a nice combo, Betty and for linking us to a Mothermark's info on Sumtoy and Cambria.
