I wasn't going to play this one because I didn't have the grey yet. Then I remembered that I have Scarlet's letter which has greys in it. Next thing I knew I found myself finishing this card. Just didn't get to upload it till today.

Hi imakindergartner! I am so excited to see your post...not because I know how to help you with the flowers hanging out...but because I think we were possibly old friends! I was friends with a Trish Kindberg before we left West Linn, Or. in 1990...do you recognize this person...or am I only wishful thinking here?

I am trying to play catch up with the challenges. I am just now getting to play with this Color challenge.

Of course I messed up and used Going Grey instead of Basic Grey.

Pomegranate Flowers

I am in a speech club called "Toastmasters" and I have to give a speech today. I gave a demonstration how to make this 'wiper' card. (Thanks Jan Tink!) I decided to use this color challenge as the inspiration for the colors. TFL!

Here's my variation on this CC. I used going gray instead of basic, and didn't use any black CS, just the ink!! Artful sympathy card.

I love this combo! I do not have any Basic Gray so i used Goin Gray and I was down to 1 sheet of the 12x12 textured cs for Pomegranate...
