CAS430 -Kellijo - my memories was finding a frog in a hole at the lake in Big Bear, CA when I was little. I had that little fella with me all weekend long - when it was time to go home, I had my frog sitting next to me in the car. My Dad told my Mom to tell me to get rid of the frog, he wasn't driving with a frog in the car! I ended up taking him down the road to an elderly man's house who had a HUGE frog! What a memory!
TLC639 - Sabrina I used a decorative stamp for my background and repeatedly stamped it all over the card. Great challenge!!

went with a California themed card with a pickup truck and trees, as that's where I grew up (and met my DH). Kept it CAS with a simple twine bow. Here'sCalifornia travels

I did two variations, using my first ever stamp set so it brings back memories of starting to make cards. And the sentiments on both cards talk about memories:
This image brings back lovely innocent times of when I was a little girl.

I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.
Magical Fairy by HappyinMarco - Cards and Paper Crafts at SplitcoaststampersI guess maybe this doesn't totally qualify for clean and simple as it is a little fancy and took a bit of doing but it doesn't have any extra stuff around it so maybe it is somewhere between clean and simple and fancy dancy. But I love her and how she came out. Hope you do too. Thanks for looking.

I made this card on Monday and it got a little wavy from heat embossing the snowflakes around the image. I put some weight on it and left it to flatten, but forgot about it until last night. It represents all the times my sister and I went skating on the pond near our home. We did pull each other around the ice at times, but usually with a rope, not by the tail. Sorry the snowflakes don't show their sparkle in the photo!
