CAS566 Old New is New New
Challenge Title: Old New stuff
Hostess: KelliJo
Keyword: CAS566
Date: Week of December 30th, 2019
My challenge this week is to welcome in the New Year and dust off our OLD "new stuff" that we just HAD to have and have yet to buck up and use it. For ME it is the Arteza watercolor markers. I had a full set of the Zig pens and just wasn't feeling them, so I gave them to Jeanne S at a retreat of Lydias. WELL.... I saw some people using them again, then saw Arteza's set and decided to rebuy them LOL SO.... here I am FINALLY using them. I stuck with the scribble squirt dip method. #bravegirl
SO, For the New Year use your Old New stuff as New New stuff!
Here's the team samples and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! May 2020 be GREAT!!!!

Glad I'm not the only one that buys stuff for the craft and then sets it aside without using it. Thanks for the challenge.

I loved this challenge because I splurged and bought a lot of things with all the after Christmas sales! Huge discounts and hubby had given me money for Christmas! Such fun and now I get to use my bargains! Great challenge KelliJo!

Great challenge, Kelli. Do this one again! I had many choices and I could have gone back even further, but when I saw Rainy's FS card for inspiration, I doubled up on challenges. FS673 CAS566 Handyman Valentine

Thanks for the great challenge, KelliJo! I don't think I have any full stamp sets that I have never used, but I tend to use only 1 or 2 stamps in a set, so I have a ton of images that have never been touched! This challenge really inspired me to look at the smaller stamps and use them in a different way.
Here is my card! I might make some more and gift them to my family for the new year. Good as Gold by Lucy1213 - at Splitcoaststampers

Starting out 2020 with a card! I haven’t made cards in months and am trying to use stuff I have just found after cleaning up my craft room. Also, I just love red and black, especially with polka dots.

FUN!
I HAD to have the Mama Elephant Little Penguin Agenda when it came out! When I came across the empty snow globe stamp from Brutus Monroe during Cyber Sales week, I knew what I wanted to do. Just hadn't had a chance yet -- thank you for this opportunity. This is my first try -- next time I'll do a few things differently.
