CAS257 - Color Challenge using 2 or more colors from this Design Seeds color palette . You can also see the color palette in the attachments section at the bottom of the post.

KEYWORD: CAS257

I enjoyed your challenge, Jen. I thought the colors would work for a valentine and that's the direction that I went with many of the palette colors.

Poetry of Nature

I don't know what happened to the colors on my card during the photograph-taking. IRL the colors are reds and tan, but they came out more like shades of orange in the photo. Please don't call the challenge police on me! Here's my card:

This color combo is fantastic! I love neutrals with a pop of color, and red with tan/taupe/beige/browns is one of my favorites.

Love, love the color choices - these are the colors in my master bedroom. My card is much darker and heavier looking than I had planned - perhaps to do had hoped, I should sponge next time for a lighter background. Thanks for looking:

I was in such a hurry this morning that I misread the challenge and chose my own colors! Haste makes waste. In an effort to redeem myself, I made this Cocoa Correct card. On the upside I have a card for my sister and a new design to work on for OWH.

Awesome challenge, thanks! I had on hand this image from SU's Chalk Talk, and added a bouquet, along with a red tie. Here's Little Something

CAS257 Great Form

I just had to do another one- this time I choose cream, red and brown- and used TE's Sew Happy for my images as I have been doing a lot of sewing. Used a piece of twine for a horizontal border of sorts- with a button/bow combo and a fabric tie. Here's Great Form

CAS257 Colors

I love these colors. I spent a lot of time making the stamp and trying to make it ink up enough to use it. I still need to experiment a little more with it. I think cling mounting it may help. So I used the challenge colors and combined it with the TLC challenge. Oh yes, the only thing from the Autumn Leaf prints stamp set is the "thanks" sentiment. Here it is:
