Debbiedee--gosh, I hope you're feeling better soon.....this gunk that's going around is really bad!!
I got to sp end the day playing and came up with my 10 cards for March--WOO HOO!!! Unfortunately, the scanner didn't pick up the filigree background and the mesh is really just maroon and gold, not multi-colored.....oh well, technology isn't perfect!
My March cards for the 2005 Christmas challenge are finished. I am unable to upload it so I will explain what I did. I stamped the "Miracle of Christmas" baby on a 3" square piece of white cards stock. Colored him in with chalks and then stamped the round "Shape of Things" on top of the baby and then dusted it (the halo) with gold Pearl Ex. I layered that on 2 connected triangles of gold and almost amethyst, and then put that on some white with gold flecks paper. Then I stamped the "Joy" saying of 'May the miracle of Christmas live forever in your heart' with gold ink and embossing powder. I love this card and have made more for my April cards. I'm having fun with this challenge!

Hello all,
Here is my card for March. It was a lot of cutting, but I always have a little project like that for when I'm watching tv. I think I posted it on the wrong thread before, I didn't see it here.
Made 5 belated birthday cards today! Whew! Made that goal.
Jami, thanks for this challenge. This is exactly what we all needed, because I could have just as easily said, "I'll do it next month..." We all knows that means November, haha.
***EDIT*** Can't forget photocropper! You deserve a big ol' thanks as well!
Hmmm..I know I posted on my card when I put it in to the gallery for March but where??? I thought it was here but I sure can't seem to find it. So I guess I'll post the link again now....may be I only dreamed I posted it to this thread before Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Well it took me a few days to post but I completed my March cards. I have stopped trying to upload pictures at all and maybe someday I will try again but my files are always WAY too large and I can't seem to make them smaller. I better get working on those April designs now so I will be able to finish the cards.

My first set is done.
I'm sorry there arn't any words but that is the ONLY Christmas stamps I have right now.
I will add something at the bottom with Versamark. (when does the christmas book come out?) I might borrow a friends Christmas stamps.

I'm not sure if I got missed for March or if the sheet hasn't been updated yet but that post is #142 and now I have my April cards done! Here is my April card link:
Paula,
I am sorry - I will get that update in the next few days! I have neglected my duties here latey and will get back on that now!
Good for you in completing April already!

I got my March done by the 15th. Just didn't get time to scan. I did Easter cards for March.
I did a spinner card using the Netherlands set. They went over big with the gals I work with. Happy Easter was stamped in L. Lilac on the front. I left this one plain for on my "cards that move" sample board.
Is anyone else looking at the calendar wondering when they are going to get their April cards finished???? LOL
I'm hoping to get them finished soon. I'm hoping to get a big ol' package together for the prize baskets with a couple of things I'd picked up and a bunch of cards and tags I made. Can't wait to see what everyone else is donating for the baskets!
It looks like I neglected to report that I also finished in March, so I'll do it now. March project was 12 Poppin' Pastels rendition of the angel from Yuletide Montage. I love that set.
For April, I have made 70 foldover gift tags using the the Happiest of Holidays set, also from the winter mini catalog. They are foldover cards with three layers of color and glittered and ribboned with non-SU metallic colored ribbons. I will make a box to hold 5 of each of the three designs and perhaps a box for assorted - these will go to an annual charity Make it Take it sale and probably sell for $5.00 each. The rest, I will give as gifts and, of course, will use some myself.
Sorry, I don't have scanning ability.
I can hardly wait for the new catty to come out to see what sets will remain so that I can start on cards for customers, etc. Patience.
Just checking in a saying Hi to all. Just realized I had "lost" this thread with the forum change and was not subscribed. YIKES! Hope to finish my April cards tomorrow. You gals are all so awesome!
I couldn't find this thread earlier so I'm just now posting this.
I'm a few months behind but I'm working on them
Ok, I've had this vellum on my desk since Feb and figured one way to clean my desk off was to use this vellum! So I'm way behind but I've got 23 of these cards finished up tonight
OK, this must be the right place - my April cards are done... now I just have to hook up the scanner and get my gallery started! I have a tendency to send out my cards as soon as I make them...
