Ok everyone, here is my last of the first 10 cards. I don't like this one near as much as the others. I suppose I am running out of inspiration!! BUT, I know where to find it!!
Visit myStampin' Up Website - where you will find all the latest greatest from Stampin' Up. The new catalog is GORGEOUS with alot of new fun stuff - and you can get it for free. Contact me for details.
I have my cards done, even took the picture the other day, now I just have to find the time and figure out how to upload the picture. Hopefully I can get it done in the next couple of days. It will be my first pictures of cards on here.
To all of you who are worried about uploading for the first time, it really isn't that bad! I was kinda scared at first, but managed to get 12 cards on here in 15 minutes the other day. It was really easy to just follow the directions! Just ask questions if you need some help, there's plenty of people always on here to guide you along!
Don't worry beena! I haven't started yet either. Although I actually looked through my stamp sets last night to see if I got any inspiration from them! But alas, nothing yet. Don't worry, it is only 4 days into January, you still have plenty of time!

I knew you would be able to manage it! It really isn't that hard so anyone who is worried, shouldn't be!
 Okay, January 5th and my first 10 ccards are done....some were done in December, but that doesn't matter since they are all for Christmas 2007. I took photos of the group (a few are already in my gallery) but I can't load them to my computer, my card reader says the card is defective... so when I get a chance I will take them over again and post them.
Now if it will only keep going this smoothly for the next 10 months!

Sounds like a great idea! Even though I am sick to death of Christmas cards & I have 8 spots in DKOS #10 (I only have one more group to do, yay!) , sign me up! Thanks for the push to get Christmas cards done early!
I am not sure what you mean when you say to "upload to the folder for Christmas Cards". How does one do this? LM :-)

This is a great idea. I want to get my cards completed before time to send them out. Please sign me up too.

Ok, I would like to join too! I need the help to not procrastinate so much! I will try to do January, but I am going away for a week, so I might not be able to do any until February. I'll post when I get 10 done, right?
and post that you've done your monthly cards and post a link to your card in your gallery. You will do this each month that you make your 10 cards.
The first thing you need to do is upload your card. Make sure to put CCC07 in the keywords and/or title. This will help everyone search the gallery to see all the cards. When you upload a card, they ask you where to put it. The best place to put it is in the folder of the main stamp image. It will automatically be posted in your own gallery also.
Copy the URL (the address at the top of your screen) Go to the thread that EmGee458 mentioned in her post. Open a reply and paste the URL into your reply.
I know it may sound confusing but once you do it, it really is pretty easy.
Hope this helps. If you need to be talked through it, let me know and I will see what we can do.
This is my first year for the challenge. My daughter joined last year and I was amazed at her success! She got her cards done and I didn't! Please sign me up!!
I want to make 60 cards and I will start in February.
Thanks.
What a great idea.. I too am in and will have to skip a couple of months during the year but I will get plenty of cards done for what I need even if I just do a few months. Thanks for heading this up.
Welcome to "Bookworm1994"...she's my step-daughter and a great stamping buddy!! She was excited about the Christmas card challenge...and she does a great job on her cards!!
And yep...almost a teenager!!

Hey...
I'm ALMOST 13, and I want to join this challenge. How do I show everybody, and how do I know if i won?
So There is a place to tell us when you have finished your cards. Have your mom help you to "post a picture" The place to tell everyone that you finished your cards is: CCC07-Month. This month it is CCC07-January. If you go there, you can see all the cards that have already been done.
The first one to tell me that they have finished their cards for the month, wins the prize. I will send you a private message if you win and then I will send out a prize.
I would love to do this; I have already kinda started; I would like to do January to Oct; You have to explain how to upload them; I have never don this before, my 1st time, but I am excited to be part of it.
It will be so cool to have these done and ready to mail right after Thanksgiving this year. My DH will love that. He likes to get them mailed out before we start receiving them
Now I can't wait for Christmas...well, I guess I can...
I just want to send out a BIG THANK YOU to Alliesmem for hosting this thread and helping to keep all of us girls motivated!!
I received my gift in the mail today for being the first to respond to the January Challenge. It is a cute little package with a small tablet of snowflake/Christmas papers, snowflake ribbon and a handful of snow-related embellishments! Thanks again, Lynne!!
