Hi Beens!
My day was like that yesterday. I did watch some tv. I did do some chores. I did grocery shop but it looks like NOTHING was done around the house.
Odd.

I agree.
Especailly if you represent the company OUTSIDE of the office. Meeting clients/customers.
If you want your employees to dress a certain way they helping to accomplish that should be paid for - or at least help them.

Jess - $550???? Between the forums here and Ebay or just the forums? I mean, either way that is AWESOME!!!!!
What PTI sets do you have left? If you decide to part with them...share your list with me. You know I am the one that probably took over your PTI Addiction!
I just placed another order yesterday...got the Halloween set and matching die, school time additions and the it's official. Why you ask? Because I saw something on this blog that I want to "copy".
Soapbox Creations: PTI August Blog Hop
You know me...I love those paperbag books. I want to do one for the 1st day and LAST day of Jax at preschool and every year on. They are quick and easy and it will show how much he has changed, don't you think?

Yeah, I got that part, but I just hadn't thought about that and putting a school on lockdown before. I guess in these days of terroristic threats and biological warfare anything is possible. So sad. I want to go live in Melissa's cotton candy world.

Yeah that is just it. If there is a "dress code" you should be provided with a little something each year. I mean everyone's closet needs to be updated once in a while, whether for style or weight or it's looking ragged type reasons.

So I went outside to check the pool. It's about 82 degrees. And it's nice and sunny out. So I think while Jax naps I am gonna go out on the deck and maybe read a little bit and if I feel like floating in the water, I just may.
And then maybe when he gets up, I will start doing things that need to get done. LOL! Sometimes I work better under pressure.

It was closed up w/ a bungee cord around it.
One day I noticed poop at the base of it and was pretty confused.
I moved the folds of the umbrella and something flew out.

We got them out of there and laid the umbrealla down for the 5 days of rain we had.
as soon as it was back up 6 of them were back living in there.
I know they eat mosquitos but I can't have them doing their icky business on the deck!

They make cute little bat houses that you can attach to trees etc...good little bug eaters!

Exactly! I only have an issue w/ their poo...not the bat itself!
I think Tom is going to build one.

You know the RedBox movie rental things?
I've never used one...but I know they're popular.
I saw a stand alone movie box by Blockbuster recently.
weird that movie places all went out of business b/c of Netflix and things like it.
I still would like to be able to GO get a movie if 1) I didn't have a netflix movie in the house 2) if nothing I wanted was OnDemand.
I guess we can use the Roku and pay on Amazon....

Just had my review. It was glowing. My boss said she's not allowed to do a review without any room for improvement, so she mentioned that I work too independently and need to ask for help/delegate more, but otherwise I'm a terrific worker and great asset to the team.

HHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOO out there.... I'm here.... I survive another trip to the neurologist! He has once again increased my Topamax... will work my way up to 150mg over the next month. He did not like that I had several migraines this month that sent me home from work! I see him again in November...

They don't seem too worried that we'll get hit with much around here. I had heard it might stay further out, like closer to the Cape. My poor boss is supposed to go to Martha's Vineyard with her husband this weekend - their first trip sans children since before her oldest was born 4 years ago. Not looking like great weather for a trip to an island!

WOW! That's a terrific review.... so, delegate more! Give all your work away, then you can chat more on here! Oh, wait, that might mean then that they wouldn't need you.... then you wouldn't be able to chat with us here, NO STOP, don't give away all your work... just the part you don't like to do.
