DESCRIPTION: Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehabilitation is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing provide short term rehabilitation, respite care, hospice care, long-term care, and many other therapeutic services. TYPE OF CARDS REQUESTED: Birthday, thinking of you, have a nice day, hello, and general encouragement cards are requested. Religious sentiments are acceptable.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS: They would prefer a stamped sentiment inside the card as most of these cards will be used by patients to send to friends and relatives. Many of the patients will not be able to write much and would prefer to be able to simply sign their name.
