Playing challenge catch-up, here is my card representing my take on the sketch: Joy to the World Wreath! (Paper Pumpkin--October 2020 - Joy to the World), which is one of my alternative designs.

I did modify the sketch a bit. I left off the square underlay, as my circle is a wreath. It does have some white space around its edges, but not square. With the foil dot paper and embossed background, I thought the square piece took away from my design.
