I agree with Sophie....looks like circle(s) with a diagonal on a square-formatted card. It's a busy day for many...hostesses and us waiting for the challenge included. : )

Well, I'm not the hostess, but I am one of the sample makers. We were given a sketch. It's just the circle on a square base. Here's my sample card for the challenge:
