What's with the "No Tags" blogs?
Okay, I keep seeing these badges and graphics on people's blogs, especially here from clicking in the gallery to blogs that say "Tag free" like that is a badge of honor or something. What's with that? Tags are soooo useful. Tags are "specific" whereas categories or labels are "broad".
Say, if I go to your blog and you've used a stamp I like or make a project I like, I want to find that stamp name or something specific in the tags so I can see your related posts, not go to categories or labels to search through hundreds of posts on your blog.
This just doesn't make sense to me. Am I missing something? I'm finding more of more of my favorite blogs are now "tag free" and they are so hard to navigate. It just bothers me that now I need to get out there and find more pretty blogs that do use tags so I can glance and surf quickly.
I had a whole bunch of beautiful blogs that I used to like to go to, now they've removed their "tags" and they are so hard to surf that I've deleted most of them from my favorites and I need more for my weekend surfing. If you have a pretty blog and use "tags", you can give me the url. I'll come and visit. :p
