Question Scrolling text

I just recently started a blog with Blogger. I just saw a blog that has text in an element on the sidebar that scrolls. Can someone please tell me how to do that?

I do it in a post but not on the side-bar. I cannot get the code to work the same on a sidebar widget. Do a google search for blog sidebar marquee.

Was it mine Lisa? Here's where I got the directions:

To get it in my sidebar, I had to change the "width" of the marquee within the HTML code on that page element.

You guessed it Vicki! I'm always asking my dumby computer questions over on Paper Wings, so I thought I would try here first instead of picking your brain again. Thanks so much for the help.

LOL! Well I'm surprised I even saw your post here. I hardly make it over here to SCS and had never even looked through blogging help forum before!

Good luck!
