Rookie question on subscription services

I started my blog over a month ago on Blogger and am very happy with the fact I got a blog counter on it first time no problems. Yeah!

But I'm confused about how to let people get email updates when I update the blog. Is there an easy way to do this on blogger? I'm lost.

Most people use Feedblitz or Feedburner. You go to their site and sign up (I'm pretty sure they are free), and they give you the code to add the widget to your blog. If you go to my blog, you can see the one I have. It's pretty much just copy/paste.
