cannot link to SCS from by blog..

Hi -For some reason, I cannot get the link from by blog via "blogs I like to visit", to work properly. I do not have any trouble with other blog links. The message I see is: "Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php" -BUT.... I do not know what it means.

Any ideas?
