I few weeks ago, I saw someone link to gal that designs and personalizes blog headers. Does anyone know who she is? If so, do you have an email or blog address?

Here is one, don't know if this is the one you are looking for. If you know whose blog you were at, alot of times they will have who the blog was done by at the end of their blogs. Good luck!

No, that isn't the one. I wish I could remember where it was, but it was one of those deals where I was clicking and clicking on links to see things mentioned..you probably know what I mean.
Then wondered how I got there.

It was very victorian, lots of flowers and so beautiful. I do appreciate your help though. Thanks much.
