Adding a Facebook "like" button?

Has anyone successfully added a Facebook 'like' button to their blog posts in Blogger? More specifically, does anyone know why, when I follow the instructions to the letter, absolutely nothing happens? Have spent way too long on this and am getting very frustrated! :confused:

I am assuming that you want to put your like button on your side bar to have people visit and like your Stamping Facebook page? If so and you have your "like" picture, up load a picture widget and in the box that says link put the address of your Facebook page. If you are still having problems let me know!

Thanks, but that's not what I meant, sorry - I don't have a Facebook page, only a blog.

I wanted to get a "like" button on every post on my blog, so people could hit it and link it to their Facebook pages. Turns out that I have managed it - but you can only see it if you view the individual post, rather than the whole page. So it's a bit pointless really, as people mostly view the whole page. Doh!

go to design on your blog. Click on edit under blog posts (should be the bigger box) and then scroll down and click the box next to the logos for different social media sites. HTH
