You can have a generic link to your blog, but you can't advertise any blog candy or giveaways. What you have in your signature line is fine.

Sure, if someone has posted something and you have something relevant on your blog, post a link. I have seen a lot of threads about " I have a new blog check it out" too. Just remember if you are posting to show something specific do not send to just your blog, send them to the specific post.;)

If your posting just to promote your blog, your thread will be removed. If your posting about something that is informative to the SCS community then your post will stay. As Debbi mentioned make sure to post a direct link the the post you would like to share and not just your blog address.
