I got mine from arles. Her site is here: http://goodbloghelpers.blogspot.com/. I couldn't get it installed, and she did it for me. She also created a blog header for me without me even asking. She rocks!
I purchased mine from Shabby Creations. She makes some awesome premade blog templates that are $10, or you can do a custom made which is more, but I really like her pre-mades.
