New to blogging, need help....

I'm new to the whole blogging thing but how do I add a link in my post so the it shows like this, for example:

Click "here" to see where we've been.
And they can actually click on the "here" to go to the website , instead of it showing www.newtonpark.com where the "here" is.
Hope it makes sense.

If you use Blogger: highlight the word you want to turn into a link, click the little green icon, (it looks like paper clips) and paste the web address in the box that pops up. That's it!
