How do I edit the name of one of my labels

I have tried every tab on my blog to try to find what I'm looking for and I'm either missing it or what I want to do is not possible. So I could use some help.

I want to edit the name of one of my labels. I have created all my labels "on the fly" when posting something new. And I know I could create this new name that way. But then I would have to go back and edit the 23 posts to update to this new label name.

Is there a way to edit a label's name? TIA
