Hi Rollyfan, right, here goes. First, the badge. On the site that you won on, they will have a winners blog badge. It may just be an image, or there may be a box with code in. If its just an image, you need to right click on the image, then in the drop down box you will see 'save as'. click on that, then give the image a name and save it somewhere you can find it again.
Now go to your Blogger dashboad,(design, top right) and then into Layout. You will see this:

Click on one of the 'Add a gadget' areas. you will get a large list come up.

Scroll down till you see 'Add an Image'. click on the add sign for that and follow the instructions to add your saved badge image. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom before you close it. Then click 'save arrangement' in the top right of the original screen. Click on 'View Blog', top left, and you should be able to see your badge.
If the site has a code in a box for your badge, just copy the code as you would normally copy something. Then go to dashboard/layout/ add a gadget, scroll down again till you see HTML/Javascript. Its just before the box for adding an image. Click on the HTML/Javascript add sign, then paste your copied code into the box. Now do as before, click save, then click save arrangement, the view blog.
Okay, next Pages.
Go back into 'Design', on the left you will see 'Pages'. Click on this. you will get this screen show up.

At the top you can see a button called 'New Page'.Click on that, then on 'Blank page'. It will take you to a layout like for a new post, but will be titled 'Page', and the title bar has 'Page Title' in it. Name your page. Now you can post onto it. With Pages, the difference to your main page is that this page just keeps going forever. So rememeber to always start typing at the top of the page, adding the date and a title if you wish, manually. Its not automatic like your main page. Also at the top of the 'Pages' screen, you will see a button for 'show pages as'.

You have a choice how your pages appear on your blog-as tabs along the top, or as a list in your sidebar.
Hope this helps. If not, on my blog is an email link for me. send me a question and I'll try and help.
I've been and had a look at your blog-love your nice clean look. Makes everything easy to read.
I don't think that there is a way to have labels in a drop down list, I agree it would be a very good feature. Its either a list like yours, or a cloud, like mine.
Re the Pin button- i don't think you can add it to every picture- usually those on Pinterest have a button in their toolbar, they click on that, then they can pin whatever they want from your blog.
