When you're writing your post there is a little icon at the top of the box that has a picture of the earth and what looks like a oval at the bottom of it like this
click on that and a box will pop up asking for the address you wantto link to, paste or type the addy into that then click OK and the text for it will be now in the box you're typing in.
Now, some of that text is highlighted (it is a duplicate of the link) and this is the bit that you put what you want to call it, so delete that text and type whatever you want.
