Need to find a good blog designer

I do NOT have time to design headers for a blog and a signature.

Michelle Laycock/Laycock Designs and Designs by Heather have a 6 month wait.

Surely there are other talented reliable people out there! If not seems there must be a business opportunity for some other people.

Can anyone recommend someone they have used?

i also do blog design and you can check it out on Pezadoodle {digi} Designs. i don't have a wait most of the time. i just finished the three i had been working on.
