What a work week and it has only been two days!! I discovered yesterday that we had a virus on our server at work so I had to unplug everyone from the network and we couldn't do anything. The IT guy sent me some software to check the computer for malware and we figured out which computer was infected so we shut him down and the rest of us at least had internet/email access. However we still couldn't access our files or database so I couldn't do much. I finished reading one book on my ipad and started a 2nd book which I finished today. The IT guy came today and got us back up and running this afternoon so the next few days will be busy playing catch up!

We are expecting more snow tomorrow...yuck. I don't think it is supposed to accumulate though thankfully!

Kel, I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt. Sending hugs and prayers. Hope you can find some supervision for your grandmother too. This must be a terrible time for you.

Sunday she wandered off AGAIN so we've been looking for 24 hour supervision for her. not fun driving around for a few hours and playing phone tag with the rest of the family to see if anyone found her yet!!!

Thankfully everything is settled down now, just a funeral to go to on Friday morning.

Thinking of you all and waiting and praying for the rest of the month (at least!) to go smoothly!!!
First off:
let me say that I dont know how this got by me!! We are so close in proximity (relatively speaking) that we should set something up!!

Secondly: how terribly sad and stressful that your family has had all of this to deal with on top of our bad winter! My prayers for strength, comfort and peace for all of you.

Thought I had better let you know I am still in the land of the living - and feeling pretty good - some hang over from the food poisoning, but nothing I can't live with.

DH has gone down with another chest infection, and his plastic surgery (removal of more sun damage) has been moved out another two weeks (the surgeon is on sick leave) so he is not a happy camper.

Kel, sorry to hear of your loss - and what a worry with your grandmother.

Kristie that sounds like a nasty start to the week

Lynn, sounds as though you may have company near your neck of the boonies (as you call it)

Kelly I don't know how you keep up - and make delightful cards too!

Jeanette you still amaze me with the amount you accomplish - I am used to a pretty laid back lifestyle these days....

Darlene - I hope your day off with Bijou in the craft room was therapeutic for you both.

Maggie - so good to hear your throat is finally healed - what a marathon that was!

Waving to you all from a still very warm late summer down under

Good Morning--a bit of a late check in for me. We did not have internet yesterday afternoon and I called our provider last night after church to see what the issue was. It was decided it was not them, but the wireless router. So I called Netgear this morning and spent an hour and 49 minutes talking to a lady to finally decide there is an issue with the router and they are sending a new one. So--I am hooked up via an Ethernet to my laptop in our cold office--as we do not heat it. It seems a bit odd to me to be hooked to a cable--my how quickly we get spoiled!

I hope you have a good Thursday. It is very cold here-- as we had minus 20 with wind chills in the minus 30-40 range--brrrrr. But, the sun is shine, so I am very happy to stay inside and look out of the window!

Good Morning Fellow Stamp Addicts!

Just a quick check-in here as I’m swamped.

Kristie, what a mess with the work situation. Hopefully it's all better now.

Maxine, I'm sorry you're still not 100% well. Hugs!

Oh Kel... I'm so sorry! Reading your post made my cry. I'll be thinking of you and your family!

Darlene, ummmmmmm... I don't think you're close to Kel... she lives far far away, I do believe. However, you might be close to Kristie.

Barb, I'm glad you got your internet fixed... now about your weather! Please stay in where it's warm.

Lynn, how are things at your house now?

Waving at the traveling Kelly!

Shelly, I hope you're doing well!

Maggie, how are you doing now? Better?

hmmmmmmm... who have I missed... waving at you, too!

It's been a bit of a crazy morning around here...

Brock is home from work again today... they said it was too cold to have the "clients" out. He is bummed.

It's crunch time - today's my last opportunity to prepare for this weekend's 11-hour workshop. Still need to make copies, and look over things to make sure I have everything I need. I hope so, because my trunk is full already.

The church secretary hasn't come to work all week - so I'm not sure what's happening with the bulletin - but that's another thing I'll have to tend to today. My plate is full! (no wonder I have a weight problem. LOL!)

Oh, and our internet was down for a while this morning, too.

That being said, I probably won’t make it back to SCS today and I'll be gone the next two days... so I’ll see you again on Monday.

Hugs for all!!!

So sorry for the loss of your Aunt Kel. It's always tough. Also, sorry about your grandma. That can be really scary. I remember when my mom started having memory issues which got worse after my dad passed away. We let her live by herself for awhile in the retirement community where they lived. She had one of those motorized scooters that she could get around on, but then one day one of the residents found her out there and she couldn't remember how to get home. That's when we knew that she needed constant supervision. We moved her to Texas and she stayed at my sister's for some time until that got to be too much.

I hope things go smoothly for the funeral on Friday. Do you have to travel very far for that?

I was thinking that I need to call the landscaper guy that left his card in my mailbox. I really want to clean up my flower beds, but haven't a clue what to put in them.

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. We all appreciate them.

Ugh! Don't you just sometimes HATE computers and want to toss them out the window! We have in-house IT people so if something happened we don't have to wait and they can also remotely access our system even if they are not here.

Yikes on more snow! Do you think it's ever going to end?

Yes, it was quite the marathon Maxine, and one that I do NOT want to repeat.

Glad that you are feeling better, and sorry that DH is doing poorly. I guess he's lucky that you are feeling better so you can take care of him.

Sorry about the computer issues, but glad that you were able to figure it out without too much hassle.

I could never deal with those temps although I used to. We have sun today too, but I understand rainy weather is on it's way.

I had my last PT appt today. I wanted to do something nice for them so I made a batch of Red Velvet cookies last night and took most of them up there. I did keep out just a couple for me. They were so appreciative that I would do that, but they've become friends and I'm going to miss seeing them all the time.

Now I just need to make myself keep up with the stretching and exercises. It should be better now that I'm feeling well. Next week I hope to start doing my walking at lunchtime again if the weather permits. Then I need to set aside 45 minutes when I get home to workout. It's been way too long.

Default Boo!

Hello ladies! I worked today- busy day- but am now off 4 days. Katie came home from Ohio/Ky today. Tomorrow, Ray's brother is coming and will be staying all night. He is spending this evening with Ray's sister in River Forest- close to the city (Chicago) and they are going to see Million Dollar Quartet. We saw that in New York and thought it was great, and I think he will enjoy it.

It is really cold here- but the schools did not close here. It was +4 high to -8 low. I lucked out- since Katie had the car, I got a ride and pick-up to and from work today : )

Kel, so sorry about your Aunt. And, pretty scary to have an elder out on the loose that does not know where she is- glad you located her, and hoping the 24 hour care works out swiftly. I hope all is well with the house and the kids and the baby : )

Darlene- so sorry about your loss and Bijou being sad too. Looks like you are going to get more snow......and cold.....

Lynn- sounds like you are having warm weather. How is your bursitis and how is the dog? What did the specialist say?

Maggie- glad PT is done- it is time consuming. The cookies sound yummy : ) Glad your throat is finally better.

Kristie your work week sounds stressful- the worst part is the catch up once they come back up! Yeah for you for getting your house sorted.

Maxine- glad you are better- scary! Are you getting any effects from the hurricane near Australia I know you are not right there, but close enough. Sorry hubby's surgery got cx.

Kelly- hoping all of the auditions are going well. Your bike ride sounds like a blast!

Jeanette- I pray your weekend workshop goes well and that the bulletin gets done. Awww, too bad the kids stay home from school on a cold day. Does he go year round?

Barb- it was sunny today here even though it was cold.....I know it is colder where you are- going to stay in again tomorrow? Boo to no internet and having to stay connected to a cord! Come on Spring!

Oh- hubby is done with painting my room upstairs, and now I have to get the job of moving into the room and getting it set up. The sorting of misc junk is going to be a huge job! Oh boy.......

Shelly

Good Morning Fellow Stamp Addicts!

Well apparently my life is NEVER dull. My workshop has been indefinitely postponed due to predicted ice and freezing rain today. EEK! We're trying to reschedule... but I'm the only person in our state who is trained/certified to lead this workshop... and I have no free Friday/Saturday until the second week of April. Sheesh! So, we'll see.........

I spent hours and hours and hours getting ready. Now I need to box all that stuff up and find a safe place to store it. LOL!

So, now I have a Bible School workshop to work on. (It's next week.) I have a lot of the preparations finished already, but still need to do a lot more on it.

Maggie, that was so sweet of you to make/take cookies to your "new friends" that you will now miss seeing regularly. Loved it!

Lynn, good to see you popping in.

Shelly, YAY!!! for a few days off now! Stay warm. Brock works at a sheltered workshop and it is year-round. He "graduated" years ago (special ed students can't go past the year they turn 21 in the state of Illinois)... but he still talks fondly about going to school.

Good Morning Ladies--I am checking in again this morning from the cold office. The replacement router is to be here today, so then I can set it up and hope all of the electronics can "talk" to it. Also--we have had two TV channels not come in the past few days, so TWC is scheduled to be here this afternoon to check on that. Of course, the 2 channels are on this morning, but who knows if they will be there all day. Yes, it seems the technology issues have been contagious in the house............

I am headed to our LSS as they are having a customer rummage sale today. I did take two boxes of stuff for the sale and we get store credit for all items sold. I just need to remember to not buy more than the amount I hope to sell. They have the sale twice a year and I was not able to sell at the ones last year. It sure was nice to have the credit to be able to buy new things at the store and not have to pay!

Good Morning!

We are enjoying the VERY cooler temps here! It's a nice change, although most of you are up to here with the snow and ice and cold, no doubt.

And I'm OFF ~ we are hitting the road in a bit to take my daughter to another audition, this one near Orlando. Then we have to scoot across the state to the Tampa area - that one is not an audition, just a visit to the school and meet with the admit, etc. Looking forward to it!

Jeanette, better safe than sorry that they cancelled and you are not out there in that craziness.

Never a dull moment here -- took ds to school, dh was to pick him up this afternoon after school got out. Not 25 minutes later, the school nurse called and told me he was blue and couldn't breath - asthma attack! I rushed him home, put him on the nebulizer - hes' stable, but I now had to get dd20 to stay home from college today and keep an eye on him. Yikes. Not how I wanted to be leaving but dd18 has to be at Q n A and Orientation tonight.

We return home on Sunday so I will see you all on Monday! Have a great weekend! ♥
xoxo

maggie - the funeral was about a 20 minute drive (without traffic). that said, you can drive around the entire island in under 3 hours (again, without traffic) so nothing is really too far away. haha.

it was a very nice service. always hard to let a loved one go but at the same time she isn't sick anymore. after beating breast cancer over a decade ago, she had recently been battling an auto-immune disease which eventually landed her in the hospital with 50% kidney function last month and then her body just shut down. so it's okay. she's happier where she is now. and her immediate family is happy for her too.

stays safe jeanette (and everyone dealing with freezing temps!) i ditto what kelly said, better safe and home than dealing with the cold!!

barb - good luck with the sale! i wish we had a lss here... they've all closed!! seriously!! dh tells me i should open up a store because i'd have no competition. lol.

have a nice weekend everyone, i'm planning to be mostly offline with the kiddos and hubs enjoying time together. after last weekend's craziness, i look forward to having a no-stress weekend together!

Good Morning Fellow Stamp Addicts!

Make it a good one!

Barb, I hope you had fun shopping and that everything at home is now working as it should be.

Kelly, have a safe and fun trip with your DD!

Kel, thanks! The weather here is frightful! Good thing the workshop was canceled/postponed! Yikes! Sleet, freezing rain, snow.... we got it all!

It is really cold here- but the schools did not close here. It was +4 high to -8 low. I lucked out- since Katie had the car, I got a ride and pick-up to and from work today : )

Maggie- glad PT is done- it is time consuming. The cookies sound yummy : ) Glad your throat is finally better.

Oh- hubby is done with painting my room upstairs, and now I have to get the job of moving into the room and getting it set up. The sorting of misc junk is going to be a huge job! Oh boy.......

Shelly
So nice to have a few days off to get things done that you normally don't have time for. Even better that Katie is home. Sounds like you'll have a full house this weekend. I've never heard of Million Dollar Quartet. I'll have to keep a lookout and see if they ever get down here.

Congrats on getting your room painted and all fixed up. That is a job going through everything and finding a place for it all. Have fun getting that done.

Yes, the throat is better, but I still have this "frog" in my throat that won't quit. I may call the throat specialist about that next week. Just what I need is another doctor visit.

Sorry about the cancellation of your workshop especially since you were all prepared for it. You really are a very busy lady. At least you will be ready for it when they get it rescheduled. Good luck with the Bible Study workshop.

I think it's fabulous that Brock has a place to work and interact with other people where he is comfortable. I worry about my DGS and I know that my DD and SIL do also. He's also a special needs child and they worry about his future and what he will be able to accomplish once he is out of High School in 2 years. He's got a fabulous mind and memory and loves to build things. He's also pretty good with art, so there are some things that could steer him in a direction. Most of his issues are social - interacting with others.

That is so annoying when you have issues with the TV or Internet service. Hope you get the router and get all the channels fixed. I had some issues with my TV about a week and a half ago and they ended up sending me 2 new remotes, only they are the wrong ones - different than the ones I have now, so I need to call them, send these back, and get them to send me the right kind.

Good luck at the LSS. Hope you're able to sell lots of stuff. Wish we had a place around here b that did that. Would be awesome.

So sorry about the sick kiddo. Hope he's well again. Those asthma attacks can be very scary. Good luck to DD in the auditions. The waiting to hear is the worst!

have a nice weekend everyone, i'm planning to be mostly offline with the kiddos and hubs enjoying time together. after last weekend's craziness, i look forward to having a no-stress weekend together!
I'm glad that the service went well. It sounds like she was ready to go. Sometimes it's hard to keep fighting. Yes, I've actually been to the Islands many years ago and enjoyed driving around. It was a little chilly when my DD and I were there.

Hope you have a nice fun filled, relaxing weekend.

Last night the DD of a good GF at work was (did) get married. The service was at 7 PM and it was a long drive from my house. I wasn't sure I was going to go although I told her I was. The weather wasn't all that great - cloudy and some rain around the area and I don't like driving in bad weather and especially at night where I don't know where I'm going. The venue where they were holding the wedding/reception was way out in the country passed where my DD lives which is 30 minutes from my house, so even further than that.

I did end up going to the wedding, but now, I wish I had stayed home. I really had issues with driving at night, most of the time it's okay, but when the weather isn't optimal, it can get iffy. Last night it was cloudy and no moon. The place they were having the wedding was way out in the country practically in the middle of nowhere. The road was very dark and there were no lights on the street. I came up to the place and saw some people turning in, so I was following them. But I was a little off the mark of the driveway. It was a very narrow drive. Well, my little car went right off the side of the drive into a big ditch!!!!!! I was not injured at all. I'm not sure about the car. The body was okay - no scratches or dents, but it may have knocked it out of alignment. I had to have the security guy call a wrecker to come pull it out. He was going to take back to his shop last night and then tow it to the car dealer this morning. So far he hasn't gotten it there yet. I did talk to the car dealer service guy and he's on the lookout for it and will call me. Ugh! I need to call a car rental place and rent a car at least for the weekend probably. I actually could probably do without a car until Monday. All I need to do today is grocery store and that could wait. I have church tomorrow, but I may be able to get a ride with someone else and could get a lift to work on Monday if it's not ready yet. Then I could see about a car rental after I know what's going on with my car. At least I wasn't hurt and I was able to enjoy the wedding and the reception. I was there until about 10. A GF, Connie was there. She used to work at our firm, but left last May. Long story about that. She didn't leave voluntarily, but now I think she's very happy that she did. She took early retirement, but may decide later to go back to work doing something else. We had a great time chatting. Her DD is getting married in September. Some other friends from work were there too, so I managed to have a great time and had many people offer to take me home after, but I ended up leaving with Connie and said that we were going to try to get together for lunch.

Happy Sunday to all.
The Oscars are just starting- I am a bit distracted by the dresses...... and ceremony....

Yikes Kelly- glad your son 'pinked' up with the Neb tx and praying he stays well while you are away. What a fun adventure with your daughter- and fun for her too- although, stressful as well. Mine had to have a tee-shirt or hoodie from every school they went to visit...... One school, I took 5 boys and all they could talk about was the wifi and work out facilities..... None of them ended up going to that particular school, but it was a fun day.

Barb- do tell- what did you get??? We do have a couple of places around here that have stamp sales- 2 are stores and the other is a lady that rents out a room 2 x's a year and it is a big to do.....I have to work on the weekends of the sale next time, so will not join in.

Maggie- Holy Cow - so glad you are OK- how scary! And glad you could relax and have fun after going thru that!
Yes- got the room painted and measuring the file cabinet to get a rug, then will start moving stuff in the next week or so- so excited to stamp with a window in the room!

Jeanette- glad you got a free weekend and are home in safety and warmth! There was an accident last weekend in my home town- girl drove thru a fence, down an embankment and into the river- her car has been located, but not her body. There are searches for her- so sad- she was 25.....

Kel- glad you had a nice service for your Aunt. Hope you have a fun weekend with the kiddo's and family. I think it would be so fun to have a store, but the little ones have so much competition with the big places and their coupons.....

Waving hello to all

Shelly

Barb, that's great that you have the new router and all is working good once again. We depend on all this electronic stuff so much!

Maggie - Yikes!!! SO glad you weren't hurt when you did the nose dive into the ditch! I know what you mean about the dark though and when you get away from the city lights it's so hard to see where anything is. Hope all is going to be ok with the car though.

Kel, I had to laugh about how long it takes to drive across the whole island! I think to drive across Texas (either direction) it takes between 14 and 16 hours! Big Difference! Hope you enjoyed your family this weekend and know that you did. They come first no matter what!

All's good in this part of Texas. Jim and I worked in the garden all day Friday and yesterday - nice temps of about 86 degrees! Today was a different story though and it's cold once again. Think our high tomorrow is only going to be 40. Not bad when you think of all the much colder places in the U.S. right now though.

Maxine, hope your husband is doing better now.

Good Morning Fellow Stamp Addicts!

Let's make the best of it, okay?

Oh my, Maggie! I'm so sorry you had the incident with the ditch. I hope the car situation is being quickly resolved. (((HUGS)))! I'm so glad you weren't hurt!

Shelly, How sad about the young lady from your hometown. Tragic! I hope they find the body soon. That has to make it even more heartbreaking for the family!

Lynn, I'm glad things are going well in the BIG Texas! It is quite different in size to Hawaii, isn't it?

Barb, I'm so glad your wi-fi is back in good shape!

Waving at everyone else... need to get things ready for my day-long meeting at church soon.

Good Morning and we're home - at least for 5 days! LOL! We leave again Saturday for the LAST one - which also happens to be THE ONE, her #1 choice. I confess, I'll be glad when all of this is over! Yep, Lynn - we are a much smaller state compared to ya'll, LOL! I can't say driving across Texas is on my bucket list

Shelly, no kidding about the campus visits and souveniers - lucky for me, dd only has two top choices, both are the ones we don't find out until April The two we visited this weekend are not the ones based on what we visited and the programs they offer. She's been accepted to all 5 schools she's applied for academically ~ now we're just doing Part B, applying to Music Theater.

That's really sad about the girl missing SO young. I'd imagine the ice/frigid temps would hinder a search. Oh, and I got your swap cards in case you don't get a chance to peek at SOTC - SWOON!

Maggie, hugs girl! And Kel ~ bless your heart. You're right, the peace and knowing the suffering has stopped gives us some comfort.

Our blessing is it looks like we have Victoria stabilized. PTL. She has been in normal limits for the past 2 weeks. Heart rate, meds, etc. Oh! You want to know something REALLY funny. The first week she went into the hospital, she had the AP Psych (class) baby project - yeah, that baby that looks real and you have to 'raise' it for 2 weeks! Oh my word. That thing caused such an uproar - everywhere we went, every test, every blood draw, every dr office - I had people stopping me asking me if it was her baby or mine and I was like "IT IS NOT REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS A DOLL!" it's SO lifelike and happen to look just like her, which didn't help!

Well, she got an A! She had to write her synopsis about the baby and included her 'when moms get sick but still have to raise a baby' and her teacher said she was sobbing reading it. I remember in High School, all we got was an egg!! LOL!

Maggie, my niece has severe Aspergers and graduates this year! She's been in school for special needs since Kindergarten ~ she cannot function in normal society. She's unbelievably bright and has a great support system with her mom (my SIL) ~ in fact, she's applying to colleges Her mom insists she go, even if that means going with her. She wants to ensure she has a college degree no matter what, even though she can't hold a job or drive a car or ever live on her own, etc. She's pretty severe on the spectrum and not self functioning, so we are not only proud of her for graduating but excited to see where her future goes and hope her college is a choice that's doable.

I'm off to bible study - wishing everyone a great day and lots of warmth! ♥

Oh, Shelly, that is so sad about that girl that they can't find. So young. did she slip on ice or something? Was it weather related? Her poor family.

It will be so nice to have a window. I sit in front of two windows, but they look out onto the side of the house next to me. There's only 10 feet between the house which isn't much and they have a sidewalk on that side, so I don't like to have the blinds open on that side of the house. When I had my windows redone, I had new blinds installed and I got the top to bottom ones, that can open from the top or the bottom, so I have mine about a foot or more down from the top so sunlight can come in, but the neighbors can't see in my house.

I"m looking forward to some gardening myself, but not sure how much of it I will do and how much I'll let a landscaper do. It's getting harder as the years go by for me to get down there and do it myself although I've always loved to dig in the dirt. Are you planting a garden? Yes, it's cold down here today. Only 41 right now and still dropping! Supposed to get close to freezing tonight, but at leaslt no freezing rain here, but could be somewhat North of us. Dumb Groundhog!

Luckily, the damage to my car was not serious although still costly. The tire rod on the front right tire got bent so they have to replace that and then push it all back into alignment. If it had just been that, I probably would have gone ahead and paid for it without getting my insurance company involved, but then I found out that I also have a $585 towing and storage bill to pay for in addition to the work on my car!!!!! Can you believe how much they are charging me for that especially after not getting my car to the dealer until Saturday afternoon. It's outrageous how they overcharge for that. Oh well. Can't do anything about that, but since it doubled my bill for the car in addition to the car rental, I decided to just let the insurance company take care of some of it. I'm still going to have to pay most of the towing, so it won't be just the deductible that I'll owe for. I'm probably only saving about $500, but I guess it's worth it. I should get it back later today. I'm actually going to have my boss write a letter to the venue where the wedding was held and see if I can get them to reimburse me for what the insurance company doesn't pay since they did not have their place properly marked or lighted for people to be able to see the driveway clearly. It may help and they can only say no. My boss (he's an attorney) also said that I could also file a claim in Small Claims Court, so that would also be an option. We'll see how it goes.

LOL! Driving in Texas was never on my Bucket List either Kelly, but down here you just can't get away from it. Can't even walk to the corner grocery store.

Sending good vibes for your DD and her school choice. Hope that she does get accepted to the one she wants. Isn't it nerve wracking waiting. I know that I'm on pins and needles waiting to hear about both of my DGD's that are waiting to hear if they're getting into the Music School of their choice also. I think that my DD and DGD will be at FSU this coming weekend. Is that where you guys will be????? Let me know cause maybe you can meet up there with them if you're all there at the same time.

Glad to hear that Victoria is on the mend and doing better. So funny about the doll baby. That must have given some people pause. Congrats to her for getting a good mark on her project.

That's so great about your niece. I don't know yet what my DGS is going to do. Sometimes he's so wishy washy about making up his mind about things. He takes him forever to decide what he wants to eat at a restaurant.

Hope you enjoy your Bible Study class.

Thanks Barb. I think it'll be okay.

Oh Maggie - what a scare - and what costs - not a good start to the weekend at all.

Shelly DH responds really quickly if we get him onto the meds we have on hand quickly - thankfully he is now more resigned to starting them earlier rather than late! So sorry to hear of the drowning

Kelly what a relief to have Victoria now stable - and to know the end of your travels are in sight!!

Lynn I hope your gardens respond well to the TLC you are lavishing on them - does Rambo help??

Kel your little Island sounds like a piece of paradise

Kristie - how is your sorting and trashing going.?

DH attended the funeral of the son one of his (ex) workmates this morning - the lad was only 28, and was shot at point blank range - gang related. I took him to the venue and waited in the car - it was a bit uncomfortable seeing all the patched gang members turning up!!! I was very glad I had my phone with me.

I managed a pile of cards over the weekend and yesterday with DT work and also orders - I have one more to make, and that is also an order, then I can look at my March cards.. my hands are not liking it too much if I do a lot of colouring. I tried knitting this morning while waiting, and even that was not the most comfortable so my book won out - how sad

Waving to you all from a warm but overcast NZ - we have had some RAIN - bliss!

Good Morning Fellow Stamp Addicts!

Kelly, I'm so glad to hear Victoria is doing better... continued prayers. Hilarious about the baby and the questions related to it. Memories to hold dear, of course!

Maggie, Yikes! That is some towing/storage bill! I hope you get some good response from the wedding venue. (I would have never thought to contact them.)

Barb, I hope the caffeine didn't cause insomnia last night.

Maxine, yikes! I would have wanted more than a phone had I been sitting nearby watching gang members arrive. I would have wanted a police escort. (I lead such a sheltered life, though........ and probably wouldn't have even known they were gang members. LOL!)

Waving at everyone else!

Good Morning--Happy, Happy Tuesday--Make it Terrific!

I am heading to Coffee, Cards and Biscotti class this morning. Then I have some errands in the afternoon to pick up donations for the annual fund raiser--the Fur Ball--for the humane society in which I am on the board of directors. I hope to be able to play in the stamp room later.
