Oh no! LOL that is too funny -- for the longest time my blog title was misspelled - it's SO easy to do! I still have to re-add everyone's blog -- Can we get the main blog list added to the first post just as an easy reference spot? Thanks! ;)

I was calling everyone bloogers on some of my posts so I need to apologize for that typo if you ever see it. It's just what my fingers seem to want to type for some reason!

Since every one seems to like my froggy image, I don't mind sharing him.
I will stamp him out on SU cardstock in black stazon ink and mail him to you. Just PM me with your address and let me know how many you want and I will get him in the mail to you.
That's the only reason I am not a demo for any stamping co b/c I'd put us way back into debt after working so hard to get OUT! *sigh* not that I wouldn't LOVE it.... ;)

Will someone help me please? I can't seem to add this blog: Joanne www.sleepyinseattle.net Thanks in advance!
ETA: Okay, I was able to add (it came up as Network Solutions...which I had also noticed on someone elses blog) then renamed it. Will I NOT get updates etc because of the domain name? Just curious...ok, really, I was looking for uniformity hehe!

good think hubby likes what i do, if not i would be in trouble ;)
I looked at the demo thing...but in the end did not want to be tied to any one company. I like the freedom of stamping with dozens and dozens of companies..... In my little business I deal with quite a few stamping companies. Has that whetted the appetite?...no....oh...no....There is ALWAYS something else out there to have for the arsenal! (This is from someone who has been stamping for nearly 20 years) Beginners read this ...because there is no way on this earth this hobby is going to save money from not buying shop cards!
Mind I do have stamps from TAC and Stampin Up...I get them through a friend. I just don't want the hassle of selling them, as I am not a pyramid seller of any kind.
Cheers

Have you girls and boys got access yet to the new Nestabilitities yet? I have been following the new releases on the Spellbinders site!
I literally cannot wait until they arrive in Australia. I have most of the current ones and find them absolutely invaluable to card making! Talk about making things easy to use.
THe other thing is ...for those cutesy people amongst us, Alota Stamps were supposed to release a whole new lot of stamps which are designed specifically to use with the Nesties!
Now how much money did I allot myself for stamping this year?????????
You asked on my blog about Madras Stamping....I am going to reply here, as there may be other relative new people who might like a go at the tech...simple people....think simple!
Do you own a brayer...another totally essential tool as far as I am concerned!
Brayer and Kaleidacolour inks ( pretty , multi coloured dye ink pads) ....
With that Mazza of the Moon...I loaded the brayer with ink from the Blue Breeze inkpad, ran it over the gloss card in one direction, loaded it up again with ink, turned the gloss card around 90 degrees, and ran the brayer over again. After it dries, stamp the image!
It truly is that simple and effects are always striking!
I did mention easy, didn't I? LOL..Now for some hints....
The trick for excellent brayering is in the way you run it over the gloss card!
*Be quick
*Begin off the card and end off the card
*Have a firm pressure
*After the first run - Run it back and forth moving it ever so slightly across the card with each run (as in don't just run it exactly where you laid the first run of colour...move it parallel but a little across from the first run) Hope that makes sense??...this blends the colours more and eliminates "lines"
If you are not the best of brayering people, then Madras is for you...because it is the most forgiving of the brayering techs!
Of course you must stamp with a permanent ink over the top , because you are working with gloss card.
